Storybook Weddings was created out of a genuine love for weddings, people, and the meaningful moments that make a day feel unforgettable. As the owner and lead coordinator, I bring years of hands-on experience coordinating weddings throughout Northern California, with a focus on calm, thoughtful execution and clear communication. I believe couples deserve to feel fully present on their wedding day. Not stressed, rushed, or pulled in a dozen directions. My role is to support you, advocate for your vision, and handle the details behind the scenes so your day unfolds smoothly and beautifully, just as you imagined.

With Partial Planning, I’ll guide you through key decisions, offer vendor & venue recommendations, assist with rentals, décor, and design, and create your detailed wedding day timeline. On the big day, I’ll manage vendors, set up décor, cue events, handle payments, and ensure everything flows seamlessly so you can just celebrate.

Feeling confident in your planning? Amazing! With my Day-Of Coordination, I’ll take your plans and bring them to life so you can sip champagne and enjoy your loved ones. I’ll direct vendors, set up décor, cue events, and pack up at the end. Package includes 3 calls, 1 venue walkthrough, a custom timeline, day of management, vendor coordination, and rehearsal support.

    Truly a lifesaver!!!!

    We could not have imagined going through the wedding planning journey without her. She went above and beyond to ensure our day went exactly the way we wanted it. She was communicative from start to finish, have honest opinions when needed and day-of was calm, fun and attentive.     This is the one! Go for the partial planning! I was so blessed to have met Amanda of Storybook Weddings at Pearls in the Pines wedding fair and hired her for partial planning and coordination of my 2026 wedding in Nevada County. Amanda is fun, knowledgeable, professional, accessible, creative and accommodating. She helped me to plan our dream wedding and was there to answer all my questions along the way. She went to tastings with us to select food (Bouquet Garni Catering!), and visited a gorgeous flower farm (Little Boy Flowers!) to brainstorm arrangements. She has all the local connections and knowledge, arranged rentals (SRC!), hair & makeup (Beauty by Lydia!) and even an amazing Irish band (Shoutout to Delphine and the Low Coals!) to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Her big 12 month check-off to do list made me feel prepared and not stressed. And on the day she and her capable team handled every single thing. Everything. I didn't have to make any decisions and could just enjoy the love of all our people on the day. I have walked away with a new friend in Amanda. Book her if you can!

I’ve coordinated dozens of weddings over the past several years, from intimate gatherings to larger, full-scale celebrations. My work focuses primarily on day-of and month-of coordination, helping couples bring their plans together seamlessly. I regularly work with indoor and outdoor venues throughout Northern California and am especially experienced with non-traditional spaces, outdoor logistics, timeline management, and vendor coordination. My specialty is creating calm, structure, and flow behind the scenes so couples can be fully present and enjoy their day.
Depending on the needs of your wedding, I either work solo or with an assistant. For larger guest counts or more complex logistics, I bring in additional staffing to ensure everything runs smoothly. Any assistants or staff I bring on are people I’ve worked with for years and trust completely. They are all experienced, professional, and familiar with my approach to coordination. Regardless of team size, I remain your primary point of contact and lead coordinator throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
Yes, I also plan and coordinate other wedding-related events, including rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and showers. I’m happy to help support any additional gatherings surrounding the wedding as needed.
The amount of time we spend together depends on the package you choose. For day-of/month-of coordination, you can expect three scheduled phone meetings, unlimited email communication, and full on-site coordination on the wedding day itself. With partial planning, we spend more time working together throughout the planning process, with additional meetings, check-ins, and hands-on support as decisions are made. Regardless of the package, my goal is to be available, responsive, and supportive so you feel confident and taken care of every step of the way.
I do not take on multiple weddings in a single day. On your wedding day, my full attention is dedicated to your event. I may take on multiple weddings in the same weekend, but they are scheduled carefully to ensure each couple receives focused attention and support.
