Linnea Tangorra, owner of Tangorra Wedding Planning, has a degree in Business Marketing and has worked in the advertising and event planning industry for over twenty years. In 2004, after planning several events and weddings, she combined her professionalism and experience in business and her passion for wedding consulting to create Tangorra Wedding Planning. Linnea has been professionally trained through the Association of Bridal Consultants and has worked with some of the finest providers and vendors in the industry.

    Exceptional Experience

    Linnea masterfully planned and executed our daughter’s Boston wedding. The event exceeded our expectations and had our guests calling it “magical” and praising how every little detail was considered and how smoothly the day went. Linnea took time to understand what the couple wanted their special day to be like and was able to make their vision a reality. At every turn, she recommended trusted vendors that were consistent with the wedding’s intended “vibe” and budget, and were available on our chosen date. Endlessly upbeat, Linnea made the planning process fun for all involved. Her experience and contacts were invaluable. We were lucky to have worked with her and regularly recommend others to do the same.

    Outstanding Planner & Day of Support!

    Tangorra Wedding Planning made my wedding the most fun, relaxing, and perfect day! Linnea's support and guidance in the year leading up to the wedding felt priceless--all of the timelines, budgets, and bookings were made to feel seamless with her easy to use systems and endless enthusiastic support. For the many times where I felt like I didn't even know where to start, whether with looking for hair and makeup artists or how the ceremony would look, talking it through with Linnea always made me feel more confident with my decisions. She made herself highly available and responsive, which was much appreciated. And as for the wedding day, she made sure that everything ran smoothly and that my wedding party and I could just enjoy our morning, all the way to the evening as she helped to gather up our decor, my veil, and the few remaining favors. She made it so we could just enjoy our day, and that is something I will always be grateful for.     The BEST wedding planner!

    To put it simply, Linnea and her team are the best. Growing up in Massachusetts, I knew this is where we wanted to get married, however we were planning from out of state and needed someone with feet on the ground. From our first introductory phone call, we were confident Linnea not only had years of wedding planning experience, but she knew everything (and everyone) there was to know about weddings in Boston. Linnea answered all our emails, calls, messages promptly and she anticipated things before I could even ask. She easily and quickly set up meetings for us with our vendors. Even when I questioned some of our own choices of having a small wedding, she constantly reassured us that this was our day to enjoy! We valued her opinion on venues and vendors, and trusted who she had worked with. If Linnea said a vendor was great, we knew she meant it. In fact, she helped us choose one of the most beautiful venues (Boston Harbor Hotel) for our small, intimate, summer wedding. I had always expected the wedding planning process to be chaotic, stressful, and anxiety provoking, but with Linnea on our team I literally could not have been more calm. On the day of, I was able to enjoy myself and savor the moments, I did not have to worry about a single thing! The day was beyond perfection. We still have guests commenting that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I am forever grateful for Linnea, and if you are considering a wedding planner - hurry up and get her on your team! She will be your best decision!
