Amazing Planner and Coordinator

Working with Chapter of Love was the absolute best decision we could have made for our wedding. I’m from the Big Island, but currently live on the Mainland, and while I’m familiar with Hawaii, the thought of planning a wedding from so far away was stressful. But from the very beginning, Rachael made the process easy and stress-free. She listened to our preferences and recommended vendors that fit our vision. We wanted a colorful beach wedding, and she was incredible at helping us make design decisions for everything from the linens and glassware to the flowers. My husband and I both have very demanding jobs so there were points over the summer when we couldn’t give any attention to wedding planning. Rachael was completely on top of things during the whole process and checked in on us to make sure we got our vendors booked on time. When I changed my mind on wanting live music and a hula dancer, Rachael swiftly took care of finding a vendor and getting a quote. When I wanted to add a wooden walkway for the aisle, she contacted our venue and took care of the arrangements. She followed up on things that I had completely forgotten about and promptly assisted us on anything we needed. At one point, I was freaking out about how little time I had dedicated to planning, but Rachael quickly jumped on a call and helped ease all my nerves. Teya was our day-of coordinator and I don’t know how we could have had our wedding without her. Prior to the day itself, we went over the schedule and timeline and she made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it on the day of the wedding. She was comforting and friendly, checking in on me periodically through the rehearsal and the wedding day. For the day of, she coordinated EVERYTHING with the vendors, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of, including getting our couple’s drinks and some of the canapes after the ceremony! My family couldn’t stop complimenting Teya’s professionalism and care. Having Teya there allowed us to be fully present for the ceremony and the reception without having to worry about anything. The entire day was beyond my wildest dreams and we were able to enjoy every second of it because of Chapter of Love. I cannot thank them enough for everything and I cannot recommend them enough.

The Most Amazing Experience

We initially spoke with Rachel when booking our wedding, however, Teya was our point of contact from 6 weeks before through our wedding day. We cannot sing Teya's praises enough. She was absolutely incredible to work with, making the day run so incredibly smooth. We became so reliant on her because she was able to make sure that the flow of the day was on time as well as making sure that we had everything we needed at every step. Our setup was seamless and we truly had nothing needed of us for the actual day thanks to her. Teya coordinated directly with all of our vendors, was on site for 12 hours during the wedding day, and put an incredible amount of behind the scenes work. We cannot recommend Chapter of Love enough to ensure your big day goes as you dream it.

I couldn't have put together my husband's 80th b-day party without CoL. It was such an awesome event. I had at least 5 people tell me "I raised the bar" for local luaus and all my friends were pissed off that they would never be able to top it. BUt I didn't take credit...I told them about CoL and told them that they too could have an amazing party by hiring Rachael.

We chose the Chapter of Love for our wedding on the Big Island and we are so grateful for the whole team! Rachael was very responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the months leading up to the wedding and made the planning process seamless! Kalinda was absolutely amazing for our day of coordinator. I DIYd all my flowers and decor without having a clear vision and she put everything together beautifully! She too was very responsive and made sure we didn’t have any concerns throughout the day! Thank you, Kalinda and Rachael!

We strongly recommend hiring Chapter of Love. They were the key reason behind why our special day was so perfect. Rachael connected us with the very best vendors and helped set out what we would need. And then Teya was just amazing! She was the driving force behind the minute by minute planning of the big day and was the most perfect coordinator ever.
