    Tia was essential to our wedding. She was our day-of/month-of coordinator. In the month leading up to the wedding, Tia did an incredible job coordinating with all our vendors and creating a detailed schedule for the day. That was no small feat, because our wedding was not at a typical venue—no preferred vendors with repeat relationships, no commercial kitchen to prepare food or clean dishes, and no existing infrastructure to host an event of that size. Tia is a professional who has a wealth of knowledge about weddings. While working through the schedule, she frequently flagged items we hadn't even considered and offered helpful advice based on her extensive experience. On the day, we were not stressed about logistics, and Tia ensured that things ran smoothly and looked great. In short, she gave us the space to focus on the important things. Throughout the process, Tia was communicative and kept everything on track. When we had questions, she responded quickly with helpful, thorough answers. When we needed to get more information from vendors or make changes, she took the lead. We are also so grateful for Tia's willingness and ability to take on this role with relatively short notice. We had originally hired a different coordinator, but she canceled a few months before the wedding due to her pregnancy. We were stressed. But after hiring Tia, we felt like we were in good hands. And we were. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and could not have been any more special. Tia played a huge part in that.

    Would not have made it without her!

    Working with Tia at The Gifts Given was a breeze from start to finish. She was always easy to reach and answered my questions quickly, which made the planning process so much less stressful than I expected. Tia really listened to what my husband and I wanted and brought our vision to life in a way that felt personal and thoughtful. On our wedding day, everything came together beautifully and looked exactly like I had pictured it in my head.     Tia did an incredible job with our wedding!

    We hired Tia for our Day of Wedding Coordinator. We had no idea what that job entailed. Tia jumped in 5 weeks before the wedding, contacting all our vendors, organizing everything. Tia thought of details that I never would have known to think of. She blew both our socks off with how comprehensively she covered every detail, not leaving anything to chance. Our wedding went without a hitch and was the best day of my life! Nothing slipped past her and it showed in how beautifully the entire ceremony and reception ran. Tia, we cannot thank you enough!

When you book with us, you’ll work primarily with Tia Mireles, Owner and Lead Planner/Coordinator, who will guide your planning process, communication, and overall vision. Depending on your service level and event size, Tia may be supported by a trusted assistant or associate coordinator on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. While you’ll always have a consistent lead, our small, intentional team allows us to provide hands-on support, thoughtful attention to detail, and calm, professional coverage so you can fully enjoy your day. 🤍
Yes! In addition to weddings, The Gifts Given also plans and designs a variety of wedding-related and special events, including bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and intimate celebrations. We’re happy to support you with planning, coordination, and design services to ensure every event surrounding your wedding feels cohesive, well-organized, and stress-free.
We are intentional about the number of events we take on to ensure every couple receives our full attention and care. While we may take on more than one event in a weekend, we do not book multiple weddings on the same day with the same lead coordinator. This allows us to remain present, organized, and fully dedicated to your wedding day without being rushed or overextended.
