Partial Planning is perfect for couples who want expert guidance while staying hands-on. We’ll work together using a shared planning dashboard to keep everything organized and on track. I’ll support you with vendor recommendations, design decisions, budgeting, and ongoing check-ins, then step in to manage every detail leading up to and on your wedding day.

Elopements and Micro Weddings are perfect for couples who want a more intimate, intentional celebration without sacrificing the details. From location selection to day-of coordination, I help bring your vision to life in a way that feels personal, seamless, and stress-free. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small group of your closest people, every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

Wedding Day Management is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and want a smooth, stress-free day.     The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!

    Katie was absolutely AMAZING and I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her!! From the very beginning, she made this entire process feel so much less overwhelming and was always there for every question, little detail, change of plans, and probably a million things I didn’t even realize were happening behind the scenes. The biggest thing for me was how much I was actually able to enjoy our wedding day. I’m definitely someone who likes to know what’s going on and somehow I was able to completely let go and just be present because I knew Katie had everything handled. I didn’t have to worry about vendors, timing, setup, or what was happening next. I just got to enjoy marrying my best friend and being with all of our favorite people. Seeing everything come together after planning it for so long was honestly surreal, and it was even more beautiful than I pictured. Katie understood what I wanted, cared about all the little details that mattered to me, and made sure the day actually felt like us. Katie, THANK YOU for everything you did for Alex and me and for being such a huge part of the most special weekend of our lives. We are so, so grateful for you and truly could not recommend you enough!!

    Amazing Wedding Coordinator!!
