About this venue
Aerie Commons is a boutique event center for people who refuse to be boxed into a cookie-cutter package. Four distinct indoor spaces. A garden patio built for showing off. Rent one room, or take over the whole 1931 building — your call. Want it cozy and fireside? We'll make it feel like a secret. Want live music, food stations, and a dance floor that doesn't quit? We'll make it loud. Go big. Go bare-bones romantic. Go somewhere in between — we're not here to talk you out of anything. This is your event, down to the last detail, and we're here for it. Historic bones, modern edge, zero script. Just a space with soul and a team that supports you through it all.

Commons Bar Room
Soaring 20-foot ceilings and windows, it frames the breathtaking 1931 stone façade of the original building—now a stunning centerpiece inside.
This inviting space seats 45 guests, featuring a long bar for 15 and high-top tables perfect for mingling. Stepping into the room feels like stepping into a timeless streetscape, brought indoors to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Overlooking the Gathering Room from a charming balcony, this two-room space features its own private bar. One side is ideal for cocktails, while the other offers a cozy dining experience with a modern fireplace and romantic Romeo and Juliet doors.

Great custom private events
We throw an annual golf outing and are blessed that the Aerie team has the flexibility and capability to do a custom catered menu. I think our crew has a higher than average enthusiasm for good cooking, and we are always treated to a great dinner. I also love how they take ownership of ensuring we're happy - they cater to us literally and figuratively!! :)
