Bella Vista Suites

The rooms were like condos where the bedroom is a separate room and you can't see the lake from the bedroom or from the whirlpool. You can see the lake from the living room area. The outside porch was full of spiders and spider webs so couldn't really sit out there, and there were a few spiders in the room as well, but otherwise it was a very nice room and stay. The pool was nice and warm and there was a sauna.

Me and my husband stayed here the night of our wedding. We paid for the room in full before hand. When we checked in we asked if we could extend our check out to 2pm. They told me and my husband it is fine. I asked if there was an extra charged, he said no. We checked out and got charged an extra 80 dollars. When I called to figure out what the charge was for, I was told for late check out. I explained everything above, they refunded 55 dollars but still had to charge 25 since their front desk never left a note. Not very happy about it and don’t understand why I was in fault. Besides that, the hotel room was clean, very nice suites.

Staff was nice. Place is definitely dated for the price, needs a lot of upkeep. The pool area had a weird smell, almost like a mildew smell. Not worth the price.

Beautiful...
