The beautifully appointed farmhouse sleeps up to 12 guests and features a gourmet kitchen, inviting living areas, a wraparound deck perfect for stargazing, and wide open spaces for the whole family including four-legged companions. Both Carriage Stone Farm and sister property Madeline Farms, just 8 minutes away, together can host up to 24 guests overnight, making them ideal for extended stays or multi-day events.

    Beautiful spot ! So peaceful and plenty of room. Great place to reunite with friends . Love the fire pit and the animals and surrounding area.

    There are no words to describe this property. Tony and his team are amazing and the property is absolutely stunning. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, spectacular property with breathtaking views. We HIGHLY recommend Carriage Stone Farm for family vacation or special event. We cannot wait to return.     A lot of the airbnb world has become sort of a smoke and mirrors charade. Cozy looking rooms constructed with IKEA furniture and brick veneer. Views that carefully crop out neighboring broken down homes and yard clutter. Not so with Tony's farms. Photos can't begin to capture the depth and vastness of the landscapes' beauty...the reverent sense of awe that settles over you as you walk throughout homes centuries old. So much space! to play lawn games or to relax with a book. To make a meal or stretch out for a nap. As you unwind, you'll overhear animals conveying their absolute contentment with every moo, whinny, and cluck. Witnessing their peaceful joy at being so genuinely cared for and loved is a special slice of heaven that soaks into and enriches your soul. Then there is Tony himself- the consumate host. You aren't simply a guest. You are celebrated here! And because every need and whim is his pleasure to meet, you leave rejeuvenated and healed in places you didn't know needed healing. It's surreal! A ten star experience.

Our beautifully restored farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The dining room seats up to 16, making it perfect for celebratory meals and gatherings. For larger groups, our sister property Madeline Farms is just 8 minutes away and can accommodate an additional 12 overnight guests, bringing your total to 24 guests across both properties. Our venue can host up to 50 guests onsite for weddings and other milestone gatherings.
Yes! Our culinary team from PORCH+VINE, guided by Executive Chef Mathew Chapman, offers a full range of on-site dining experiences including drop-off Breakfast Baskets, Luncheon Buffets, and dinner service in four formats including Drop-off Buffet, Attended Buffet, Family Style, and Plated. Please note that attended buffet, family style, and plated dinners may require booking additional staff services. All proposals are exclusive of taxes and gratuity.
Yes, respectfully and with guidance. Our rescue horses are beloved members of the Carriage Stone family and guests are warmly invited to experience their calm and grounding presence. For a more structured and immersive experience, we highly recommend booking The Ultimate Cowboy Experience with Cowboy Dylan at Rocking T Ranch, available daily on the property.

We offer flexible date changes with no expiration, making it easy to reschedule if your plans change. For cancellations, a full refund is available up to 30 days before arrival and a 50% refund is available up to 14 days before arrival.
