Our main dining room accommodates up to 36 guests for a seated private dinner, and our garden space offers a lively and relaxed setting for larger celebrations to comfortably accommodate up to 135 guests.

Our main dining room accommodates up to 36 guests (40 including our bar) for a seated private dinner and is ideal for intimate reception and rehearsal dinners, executive dinners, birthdays, and small celebrations. Whether you envision shared plates passed around the table or an elegant multi-course dinner, every detail of the menu is crafted with your celebration in mind. Half buy-out of our dining room is also available for up to 20 guests.

Tucked behind our historic Main Street home, The Garden at PORCH+VINE is where the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley meets the art of the table.

Our garden offers a lively and relaxed setting for larger celebrations. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 45 seated and 135 standing guests, making it perfect for welcome parties, cocktail receptions, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, and community events.

    Big Thanks for Wedding Dinner

    Thanks to Mat and Tony for helping me organize a private wedding dinner for my daughter and new son-in-law! We so enjoyed our time and your staff was so very friendly and accommodating. Between the drinks and food, we could not have celebrated better!

    We had a mixed experience on a Sunday evening. A few hours prior, their website listed them as brunch-only for Sunday and no one answered the phone, though they were open when we arrived for our 7:30 PM reservation. Service was slow, and the drinks felt overpriced. However, the main dishes were good. My lamb was great (though the sides were cold) and my husband enjoyed his scallops. This place has strong potential, but accurate online info and smoother service would go a long way.

We're delighted that you enjoyed the atmosphere and that both your lamb and your husband's scallops were highlights of the evening. We did want to clarify that our hours posted online are indeed correct. Your visit happened to coincide with a three-day holiday weekend, one of just a handful of occasions throughout the year when we extend our regular dining hours. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. You also joined us during one of our busiest weekends of peak season, when the restaurant was completely sold out. While we're grateful for the tremendous enthusiasm and support we've received, we recognize that service may have been slower than our usual standard. We sincerely apologize for that, as well as for the sides that were not served at the proper temperature. Neither reflects the experience we strive to provide. We appreciate your recognition of our potential and hope you'll visit us again for an experience that more fully reflects the hospitality, cuisine, and attention to detail that define PORCH+VINE.     We were at a private party for a wedding welcome party. We, unknowingly parked in the wrong parking spot, in which we were blocked in. I went back to the restaurant and asked the service team for their advice. The hostess, Lisa Smith, stepped up and made sure we were able to get safely home. Without her help, we would’ve been stranded far from home and our hotel. This kind of kindness and customer service is a blessing. She turned our mistake into a positive memory of a wonderful evening! Thank you Lisa
