The Columbia Grand helped us bring to life a wedding that exceeded our dreams! All the staff was extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. The venue provides a day-of coordinator who is there for the entire event, all the way through helping to pack up cars at the end of the night. It was truly a game changer having someone there who knows the venue well and flawlessly kept us on schedule- shoutout to Kristina! The venue itself is gorgeous and has many spaces that offer different vibes and photo ops. Our guests enjoyed being outside on the large wraparound porch during cocktail hour. The caboose for the groomsmen is so unique and a good background for photos. The amount of space was perfect for our a small to mid size wedding. Ours was around 115 people, and it didn’t feel crowded but also didn’t feel like there was a ton of awkward empty space. Finally, food was 10/10, and some guests reported that it was the best wedding food they ever had! My recommendations for future brides and grooms who book with Columbia Grand - Add on the hot dog cart for late night snacks- it was a hit! - Run up to the Juliet balcony after the ceremony and wave to every single guest as they come in for cocktail hour- it was such a special moment and we got great photos. - They will let you do the bouquet toss from the balcony if you have a smaller toss bouquet which is just so cool! - Shrimp cocktail shooters, coconut shrimp, and bacon-wrapped scallops are a MUST HAVE for cocktail hour - If you venture into town for your after party, bring string lights to light the little path that goes between the venue and the church parking lot that you can safely walk through.

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding at Columbia Grand! From the moment we first toured the venue until the last guest left, everything was absolutely wonderful. Our coordinator, Micah, was exceptional. She made sure every detail was handled, every wish we had was carried out, and the entire day flowed seamlessly. As the bride, I always felt cared for and supported, not only by Micah but also by the catering staff, who were attentive, kind, and professional throughout the evening. The venue itself is beautiful. The outdoor ceremony space is intimate and charming, creating the perfect setting to exchange vows. The caboose is such a unique feature. It made for fantastic photos and gave the groom and his groomsmen a fun place to relax before the ceremony. The bridal suite is cozy, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of mirrors and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the entry hall. The food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and fun, and one of the biggest hits of the night was the roving cannoli station! Our guests absolutely loved it, and it added such a fun and memorable touch to the reception. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and our guests are still talking about what a wonderful time they had. If you're planning a small to medium-sized wedding, we wholeheartedly recommend Columbia Grand. It was everything we hoped for and more, and it gave us a day we'll cherish for the rest of our lives.
