    Baby Shower Event

    We chose Commune Cafe & Wine Bar to host our daughter's baby shower and couldn't have been happier with the decision. Residing in Miami, hosting a destination event can be daunting. From our first conversation, Dean was incredibly responsive to every question and concern we had. He communicated and helped with all request from our caterer. The venue itself is gorgeous and spacious. On the day of the baby shower, the team helped us with setup and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We'd absolutely recommend Commune Cafe & Wine for your special event.

    Awesome experience

    Working with Commune Cafe & Wine Bar was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The team communicated clearly throughout the planning process and made us feel heard every step of the way - they truly understood our decorative vision and brought it to life beautifully. Their curated wine selection elevated the entire event and added a sophisticated touch we hadn't anticipated. What impressed us most was how they kept us at ease on our special day, handling everything with grace and attention to detail. The venue offers quality, dynamic spaces at a reasonable price point, which is hard to find these days. We'd recommend Commune to any couple looking for genuinely sweet people who care about creating a unique celebration.

    The true gem of Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy. No better hub for authentic community love, creative inspiration and support, and fidelity to quality in all areas— from the coffee, to the food, and the music... And a special shout out to the best weekly comedy show in Brooklyn, also hosted at Commune, Muddy Waters, which does nothing but produce the finest comedic lineups to heal us all via brilliant rising comic stars helping us make sense of and navigate together this beautifully chaotic urban jungle we live in

    It’s wild…I remember when this place was the Sportsman like twenty years ago. Zero windows. Now look how far it’s come! And the weekly comedy show Muddy Waters is what helped me rediscover it!
