Great Experience at Eaglewood Resort & Spa
Eaglewood Resort and Spa was fantastic to work with! Eaglewood is a one stop shop for all your wedding needs! The staff was professional and organized and made us feel valued. They were able to accommodate specific requests and provided flexible room options! The food was delicious and hotel rooms were clean and spacious. 10/10 experience!

Amazing place and amazing staff
From the moment we started planning, the team at Eaglewood Resort & Spa answered every question we had with clarity and speed. The venue itself is spotless and gorgeous, with grounds that felt perfect for our celebration. The staff guided us and our guests smoothly throughout the day, making sure everyone knew where to go and felt welcome. What really stood out was how the cleaning crew took care of us after dinner—they carefully preserved the small decorations and personal touches that mattered to us, even moving them to our room so we could keep those memories. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made our day feel extra special. We'd absolutely recommend Eaglewood to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a team that truly cares.

90th birthday party
The team at Eaglewood Resort & Spa was fantastic to work with for our mother's 90th Birthday Celebration. The catering manager Eileen was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the entire planning process and felt she went above and beyond. They provided plenty of space for our medium-sized party and helped us plan the perfect menu. The catering manager also offered great suggestions on decor that really elevated the look and feel of the event. Overall, the communication was just great - she was friendly, helpful and very patient as we worked through all the details. The food was delicious and plentiful and we had so many options, all the guests raved about how wonderful the food was and we agreed. The wait staff was also wonderful, and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the resort with clean bathrooms were icing on the cake. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our mother's special day.

What a Perfect Day
I will try to keep it condensed because I could go on forever raving about our experience. We toured a few locations before settling on Eaglewood. It was an easy decision because no other venue made us feel more at ease with the process. We met with Eileen during our tour and she was so detailed, organized, and wonderful to us. It was obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing and we wanted to go with a location where we could feel we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is the most stressful event we had ever planned and we wanted to trust the vendors we picked. Eileen was always so responsive and made helpful suggestions along the way. She kept detailed notes of everything we wanted and really helped us make our vision come to life within our budget. My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a blend of our Mexican/Indian culture and it was important that these details showed from the music, to the food, to the decor. Eaglewood helped make that happen, even helping is create a whole menu that represented both cultures. During our tasting, the chefs were very accommodating and personally came out to make sure we were happy with the food options. Our guests still rave about the food and many have said it was by far the best food they had at a wedding. This was very important to us. At times we would hang out at the bar after our meetings with Eileen and the bartenders were also super friendly. The front desk employees were always quick to greet us. We always felt so welcomed by everyone. The day of our wedding everything went perfectly. Absolutely nothing went wrong and Eileen was on top of things, even details that I hadn’t considered. Mind you, she was working two weddings at the same time, mine and someone else’s. But all our vendors said they received quick responses and were able to coordinate well with this venue. I can’t thank everyone enough at the Eaglewood for this experience. I tell everyone about the resort and have recommended them to people who are planning a wedding.

Exceptional Staff and a Perfect Wedding Day
From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, working with Eileen Miller was an absolute pleasure. She was amazing throughout the entire process and made everything feel so organized and stress-free. No matter how big or small our questions were (and there were a lot of them), Eileen was always incredibly quick to respond and took the time to make sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made such a difference for us. When our wedding day finally arrived, everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment without worry. That seamless experience was entirely because of the amazing staff at Eaglewood Resort & Spa. From start to finish, the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. They handled every detail behind the scenes so effortlessly that we never once felt stressed or rushed.
