August 2026 Wedding

We couldn't be happier with our August 2026 wedding at Hartman's! From beginning to end, we felt truly cared for and supported by the family. If you are looking for a venue that is homey and warm, this is it! Carissa worked hard to build us a menu that infused my husband's Puerto Rican heritage and helped us make thoughtful decisions throughout the process; no ask was every too big! We really appreciate that Hartman's handled the food, flowers, day of coordinating, etc., so we had very few vendors to find on our own (really just DJ and photographer-- both excellent suggestions from the venue). Their pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Truly an absolute gem tucked away in central MA. Thank you so much, Carissa and family for the unforgettable weekend!

Carissa, Lynn and the whole Hartman's team did an incredible job on our wedding. Carissa made delicious food and worked with us to dial in exactly what flavors we wanted to pull in from our respective cultures. Her cake was delicious and we could not get enough even after she set aside big pieces for us to take home. Lynn was wonderful to work with on the flowers and decorations. It was so nice to bounce ideas with her, hear her suggestions on the color scheme and what flowers she could grow or order or make for our wedding. They worked with our budget giving us options we felt happy with, mixing and matching some of the premium offerings with more affordable ones. We felt heard and welcomed every time we stopped by the venue in the months before the wedding and even since. The forest and flowers on the property were beautiful and lush during our fall wedding. We chose to rent the BnB rooms which made life so much easier during our hectic days. We could not recommend them enough.

Spring wedding

Hartmans herb farm is a beautiful venue, Carissa was very easy to communicate with and we had a perfect wedding day! The food is excellent and we loved our cake. We also loved staying at the Inn for the weekend, we were able to set up on Friday and pack everything up on Sunday, Saturday felt relaxed and fun. We never felt rushed or stressed. There’s a lot to see at the venue, lots of different options for where to take pictures! You need minimal decorations because the venue is so pretty.

I recently officiated a family wedding that we celebrated Hartman's Herb Farm, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Yes, the grounds are absolutely beautiful—the gardens, the charming chapel, the goats, and the peaceful rural setting create a picture-perfect backdrop—but what truly makes this place special is the people. Lynn and Carissa don't simply rent out a venue; they become invested in making your day a success. During our rehearsal, Lynn was helping organize the wedding party and making sure everyone knew where to be while Carissa was grilling food for our rehearsal dinner! On the wedding day, they were everywhere behind the scenes, attending to countless little details that most guests would never notice but that made all the difference. Their genuine warmth and care were evident throughout the entire process. They took the time to get to know our family and guests and treated the celebration as if it were their own. Their experience, kindness, and attention to detail gave us confidence that everything would come together beautifully—and it did.
