The Barn at Blackstone National is an ideal country setting for weddings and celebrations. With its new post and beam barn construction, designed to complement the agricultural history of the community of Sutton, the barn overlooks scenic Blackstone Valley vistas. Whether you are planning an elegant wedding or celebration, or a more casual event, the Barn at Blackstone National is a perfect year-round venue heated and air-conditioned for comfort.

The Barn at Blackstone National is the premiere spot for laid-back lavish events.
Newly built, the barn is an exquisite dedication to the agricultural spirit of the Sutton community. With year-round heating and air conditioning, no matter what the Massachusetts weather may bring you can enjoy your special day. A pre-event space is available to keep you and your wedding party relaxed and at ease before the ceremony. After you have shared your all-important kiss as newlyweds, you can celebrate your milestone in your very own appointed reception room.

The barn's dedicated and experienced team are proud to offer a wedding package designed with your needs in mind. All weddings include event and menu consultations, a complimentary tasting for two, a five-hour reception, floor-length table linens in a choice of colors, the use of a private suite for the day of your wedding, and more. The venue's wedding coordinator will also be on hand to provide assistance and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The Putnam Room
The Putnam Room, relax and enjoy getting ready on site... we will take care of the rest
The Putnam Room is just steps away from our beautiful Barn. It holds up to 50 guests and is the perfect stop for wedding prep, rehearsal dinners, and more. You can have a breakfast menu and mimosas as you get ready for your big day! You will have a dedicated staff member to assist you in anything you may need. We have two large bathrooms on the same floor, a deck overlooking the course, and more!

The Bridal Suite
A peaceful, bright Bridal Suite for your special day!
Our Bridal Suite is included in your venue cost to access for the entire night. You receive a code the day of your wedding to keep your belongings locked away safety. Equipped with a private bathroom for you to access all night long. With 1.5 hours before ceremony, you have time to put your dress on and relax. You are able to rent the space for additional time before your ceremony if you would like to use the suite as an additional wedding prep space for grooms/small parties.

At Blackstone we do not offer packages to our couples, we truly believe in doing everything we can FOR our couples. That being said, you are only paying for what you want. No $5,000 bar package only for you to use 1/2 of it. At Blackstone we want to celebrate your big day... not cause additional stress. We have two outside ceremony locations which gives you an additional hour onsite. Contact us today to create your special day surrounded by stunning wildlife and a jaw dropping Barn.

Dream Wedding at the Barn!
Our experience at the Barn at Blackstone National was BEYOND AMAZING! The food was fantastic, the venue is beautiful, the staff is incredible! Our coordinator, Jocelyn, was there every step of the way and literally made it the best day ever for us. We could not have asked for a better wedding.

Choosing The Barn at Blackstone National for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our very first meeting, Alyson Russo made us feel completely at ease. She and the entire team were incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we hoped it would be. She made the entire process feel organized, easy, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question was answered, every detail was handled, and we always felt like we were in great hands. Our wedding day was even more beautiful than we imagined. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and attentive, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. The food was outstanding! Not just the quality but the generous portions. From the cocktail hour through dinner and dessert, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. We received countless compliments on the venue, from how beautiful the Barn and the surrounding areas were to how seamless everything flowed through the evening. Throughout the entire day, we never had to worry about whether things were happening behind the scenes because they had everything under control. That allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every second of our wedding day. We are beyond grateful to Alyson and everyone at The Barn at Blackstone National for creating such an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a venue with breathtaking views, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about you and your guests, look no further. We would choose The Barn a hundred times over.

Outstanding In Every Way
My husband and I had a small (20 people) celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary in the Putnam Room. The room was the perfect size, with all the amenities we needed. The staff helping us plan the event were excellent and very responsive. Those who set up the room had everything ready exactly on time and as we discussed. The staff also helped arrange for us to run a power point of photos. They all did a fantastic job. The food was excellent. Beautifully presented. Everyone enjoyed it. Our two servers were could not have been better. They were right there whenever anyone needed anything, but completely unobtrusive. I am so glad we chose having our party at Blackstone National. I highly recommend this venue for a party of any kind!!

The Wedding of our Dreams!
The Barn at Blackstone National was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the initial booking through our wedding day, everything was seamless. The staff was consistently communicative, organized, and genuinely easy to work with, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. Our wedding coordinator, Jocelyn, was truly exceptional. There are not enough great things to say about her. She elevated every part of our day and made sure everything ran perfectly. As the bride, I did not have to worry about a single detail, which allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She brought our vision to life in a way that was even better than we imagined. We also had rain on our wedding day, which could have been stressful, but Jocelyn and the barn staff handled it flawlessly. The last-minute ceremony change to the pavilion was absolutely beautiful, and we cannot picture the day any other way. The venue itself is stunning, and the food was phenomenal. We received so many compliments from our guests on both the atmosphere and the dining experience. We have no complaints at all and are so grateful we chose The Barn at Blackstone National for such an important day.
