Our charming New England setting, with nine acres of landscaped grounds and manicured gardens, offers panoramic waterfront views from every vista as well as a small private beach and fire pit. The only single-event venue in the region, Grand View is the perfect location for your dream wedding! We cannot wait to host you at our spectacular venue!

Bella Vista Ceremony Site
The Bella Vista at Grand View is a beautiful stone patio sent on the shores of the lake and anchored by a charming arched stone seating area. This ceremony option offers bridal parties sweeping views of the gardens and grounds and features a three-tiered stonework water fountain. A pristine water view and picturesque sky provides a stunning backdrop in which to say “I do.”

Terraza Ceremony Site
The Terraza offers a majestic feeling with elegant, cathedral-style columns that reach up to the open sky, capped by a sophisticated pergola. Offering spectacular views of the sparkling lake, guests will be captivated by a stone waterfall, fountains and the impeccable, manicured landscaping that surrounds it.

Grand Ballroom
Our Ballroom’s interior design features lavish attention to detail, punctuated by opulent crystal chandeliers, a gleaming newly renovated hardwood dance floor, a 12-foot multi colour fireplace and complemented by wall-to-wall breathtaking panoramic lake views. The ballroom leads to a patio that descends down to the grounds where a second patio with seating and outdoor bar can be found. The ballroom accommodates up to 250 people for a traditional plated dinner reception with dancing.

Best day of our lives
My husband and I got married at Grand View in August of 2026, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose this beautiful venue! The second we stepped onto the property, saw the view and met with our coordinator, we knew our wedding had to be there. The dining room is spacious, well-maintained, with large windows and an electric fireplace behind the sweetheart table. The name of the venue speaks for itself, the view is grand. You’ll be overlooking the scenic Nipmuc Pond with plenty of outdoor space to take in the sight. There is a multilevel patio with seating, fountains and even more space as you walk right up to the calm water. We had a long engagement, and Grand View was picked out for two years. During that time, the staff at Grand View kept in contact with us and made sure we were always updated. Our coordinators ended up switching a few times, but never were we lost in translation. Leading up to our big day, we worked primarily with Anna MacInnis, who helped us tremendously throughout our wedding planning process. Anna is personable, efficient, and genuinely wants everyone to have their dream wedding. It certainly shows in her execution. My husband and I mentioned once that we would love to have time at cocktail hour. Sure enough, on our wedding day, she pulled some strings, kept our guests occupied with drinks while pushing back the cocktail hour so we could attend after taking pictures. And, to top it all off, this ended up extending the rest of our wedding. During dinner, they never brought out any of our courses until we were seated, to make sure they were not cold/melted. Of course, everyone's wedding will be different but these are the types of details Anna and the Grand View staff pay attention to. Their ability to be flexible and go with the flow really made our day. The wedding package that they offer is exceptional. Since it is a large venue they have a “minimum” 125 guests that you must reach in monetary value. However, they allow a wide variety of add ons if you are under that number of guests/monetary value. We had roughly 100 guests and were able to add on a champagne wall, late night snacks, extra time and more. Do not feel like you need to have a huge wedding to book at Grand View. You get to choose all of your food, passed drinks and signature cocktails throughout the night. The food was phenomenal, everyone complimented the lobster roll h'ordeuvres. We do not have a single regret with Grand View and would 100% recommend anyone to book no matter the wedding experience you’re looking for.

The best wedding venue!
We could not be happier to have booked Grand View for our wedding! The location was stunning and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect! We were fortunate to work with Tatiana, who did an amazing job walking us through the process and providing guidance along the way! She was always available to answer questions or provide information that we were looking for. The Grand View team was even able to help recommend an ASL interpreter for our wedding when we mentioned that we were struggling to find one. When we arrived for our wedding, everything was perfect and our guests kept saying how beautiful and elegant the venue was! And, on top of that all, the food was delicious and there were many options available for our guests during both cocktail hour and dinner service - not to mention the cake that was included as part of our package was delicious too. Highly recommend Grand View, you won't be disappointed!

Elegant Venue
From the moment we booked Grand View, Erin was our coordinator and she was always quick to respond and help with any questions or requests we had. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful - there was no need to do anything crazy to decorate, as the space was so elegant and well-designed already. All of our decorations and centerpieces were dropped off ahead of time, and the staff arranged everything so beautifully. Our guests loved the open bar and the overall flow of the event. Grand View truly contributed to making our special day perfect in every way. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue or team to work with.

Phenomenal venue!
Our daughter’s wedding reception was held at GrandView in April 2024. Our choice of this venue was one of the best decisions that we ever made! The food was wonderful – I received comments from guests that the food was hot when it arrived at their table. It was a “wow” moment when they opened the doors to the dining room – the room was stunning. Our guests were so impressed by the ladies room that they took pictures in there – I’ll leave it to you to visit the venue to find out why. Another popular place for our guests to take pictures was in front of the champagne wall. Erin, our coordinator, ensured that the event went flawlessly – she was such a pleasure to work with! GrandView staff even packed up our car for us at the end of the night. You will know exactly how much the event will cost you when you sign the contract because the wedding cake, provided by an Italian bakery, and the open bar are included in the price provided. To quote many of our guests, the reception was “phenomenal”.

Not Enough Stars To Describe GV's Greatness!
The only downside of having your wedding at Grand View will be the number of times you will be asked. "how did you find this place"?! Gorgeous lake backdrop, eye catching ballroom & a caring staff that takes it upon themselves to make sure their client's day shine. You & your guest will be "wowed" so many times that there will not be enough stars to describe Grand View's greatness!
