Two Ballrooms; One Fairytale Wedding If you decide to make your wedding an indoor event, you can take your pick of the two stunning ballrooms on offer. First up is the Grand Ballroom, and its moniker doesn't lie. The room measures approximately 7,000 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests, whether you are planning a seated reception or a more casual affair. On the other hand, the Magnolia Junior Ballroom comes closer to 3,000 square feet and usually welcomes wedding parties of approximately 100 people or less.

    beautiful wedding venue

    Hilton Lexington Downtown was a beautiful wedding venue! We had our first look on the stairs, and it was absolutely perfect. The atrium provided so much beautiful natural light, which made our photos even more amazing. The ballroom, where we held both our ceremony and reception, was beautiful and well-lit, and we loved that the lighting could be adjusted to fit the atmosphere we wanted. Working with Tracy and Haleigh was definitely one of the best parts of our experience! They were incredibly patient with all of my questions and made the entire process feel so much easier. And, of course, everyone agreed that the food was delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our special day.
