About this venue
Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. We opened our barn doors in October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week from November - April. We offer two getting ready suites, 6 options for outdoor / covered ceremony + cocktail hour locations, 6 gender neutral restrooms, option to bring in your own caterer, affordable bar package options, one event per day and so much added value including our Something Borrowed Collection, stocked bathroom baskets + mini fridge in each getting ready suite with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, snack basket and coffee bar stations!

Best venue
From our first conversation with Kim and her team at Hyla Brook Estate, we knew we had found the right venue. They kept everything organized and easy to understand, which made the entire planning process stress-free from start to finish. Kim and her staff were genuinely warm and professional throughout every step, answering our questions quickly and helping us feel confident in our decisions. The day of our wedding ran like clockwork thanks to their attention to detail and seamless execution. We can't recommend them enough to couples looking for a venue where the team truly cares about making your day special.

A Stunning Venue with the BEST staff!
We got married just about a month ago at Hyla Brook Estate! To say our day was perfect would be an understatement. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley from touring in a hard hat through having her as our day of coordinator! She is truly one of a kind. I am a wedding coordinator myself, so coordinating a wedding coordinators wedding is no small task. She made me feel at ease and able to let go and enjoy my weekend. She was always there with a smiling face to help in any way she could. My wedding party and family had so many amazing things to say about her. It was the perfect weather day, except when dinner service began. We decided to go an untraditional route and have food trucks for dinner. It started to absolutely downpour outside off and on when guests had to go get their food. The Hyla Brook staff was outside with umbrellas walking guests to and from the trucks the entire time. One of my guests even told me a story recently that she had already taken off her shoes and was going to go barefoot and one of the staff members had some of my provided flip flops ready for her to walk outside. Needless to say, everyone working there was amazing and I could not recommend having your wedding at Hyla Brook Estate enough! We wish we could go back and relive our day over and over!

The best venue in New England!
We hosted our wedding at Hyla Brook Estate in May 2026, and I don’t think we could have found a better venue if we tried. HBE is so stunning, and it provided us such a beautiful place for all our favorite people to connect. The building really captured our laid-back and whimsical vision, and all the amenities (the bridal/groom suites, the many bathrooms, the decor collection) the venue offered took so much logistical stress off of our plates. The HBE team was literally squeegeeing and leaf-blowing water off our ceremony space after it rained all morning, just to make sure we were able to hold our ceremony outside. Kim and the HBE team truly go above and beyond to ensure your event is beautiful and goes off without a hitch. Amanda Muir was our day-of coordinator, and she handled everything with such ease and grace. She tackled every request and quirky detail of our wedding with enthusiasm and positivity. Having her in the building was literally like having an extra bestie to hang out with all day, and knowing that she was taking care of everything put me at such ease and really allowed me to enjoy the day to the fullest. We really cannot recommend Hyla Brook Estate enough!!

Can't Recommend Enough!
Booking Hyla Brook Estate was a leap of faith since we reserved the venue while it was still under construction, but Kim's vision and professionalism made us confident in our decision from day one! Her communication style was efficient and thoughtful, answering our questions quickly while clearly thinking through every detail of our wedding day. Kim, the owner and our day-of coordinator, genuinely cared about making our celebration special...she even helped us recover when I accidentally booked the outdoor lights for the wrong year, turning a potential disaster into a non-issue. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with an organized and detailed setup that showed how much thought went into every aspect of the space. Hiring a day-of coordinator was worth every penny, and having Kim in that role meant we got someone who knew the venue inside and out and was personally invested in our happiness. We cannot recommend Hyla Brook Estate highly enough!!

Absolutely PERFECT!!
I cannot say enough great things about Hyla Brook Estate! From the very first virtual tour we took with Kim, we knew it was the perfect place for our March wedding. From start to finish, Kim and the entire team at HBE were communicative, helpful, encouraging, and kind. All my bridesmaids and many guests commented on how well-run everything was the entire day of the wedding. We had a slightly larger guest list for having everything inside, and Kim and her staff executed it all flawlessly. The space itself is STUNNING, and utilizing the Something Borrowed Collection is an insanely great value! I did all my own flowers and they let me get well over a hundred bud vases the day before the wedding. I brought all the vases to the venue filled on the morning of my wedding and Kim and Lindsey did an incredible job laying everything out. Top to bottom the entire process was just so easy. My guests had a great time, we had a great time - what else could you want?? We even got the most beautiful personalized care package from the team - wooden cutting board, soft blanket, candle, tumblers, canvas bag, etc. Thank you so much to Kim, Amanda, Lindsay, the Ashley's, and the entire staff at Hyla Brook Estate!!
