The Red Barn at Outlook Farm specializes in Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions year round. The grounds embody New England charm with picturesque settings filled with stunning natural beauty. The Red Barn offers a rustic feel with modern day amenities such as air conditioning, working fireplaces, a covered veranda, a private suite and restroom for the couple, with everything on one floor inside and out ensuring accessibility for all. Accommodating 75 to 220 comfortably, it's the perfect venue for parties of all sizes. The Red Barn has designed all-inclusive wedding packages to ensure the satisfaction of our guests. Couples are even assigned their own Wedding Coordinator! This structure makes our packages and menus refreshingly transparent, and allows couples to find the package that best fits their budget and vision for their wedding day. Our award-winning staff is committed to providing our couples with a unique, specialized experience that they and their guests will remember forever!

Our Wedding! 10/2/26
We booked The Red Barn at Outlook Farm for our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better choice. From our first contact, the team responded quickly and answered every question we had with real thought behind their answers. Colleen, our coordinator, was incredible—she worked through every detail with us during planning and then showed up on the day to make sure we felt taken care of with food and drinks when we needed it most. The space itself is stunning and rustic, with an atmosphere that felt perfect for celebrating with 150 guests without anyone feeling lost or too far away. They handled everything from last-minute outdoor setup to end-of-night cleanup so we could just enjoy our day. We'd recommend The Red Barn to any couple looking for a venue that cares as much about the experience as you do.

The Red Barn Celebration
The team at Red Barn made our night so special and seamless - so friendly and inviting. They’re a well oiled machine over there, and it really showed on the night of. Everything was perfectly in place, planning was simple, and somehow blew away all our expectations! The venue itself is stunning and allows you to not need to go over the top with decor. Our guests loved the spot, as it overlooks an awesome golf course in The Links at Outlook (which we played!). We didn’t do a food testing, but were pleasantly surprised about how high of quality they prepared, even for a buffet. All in all, we can’t recommend The Red Barn at Outlook enough. Thank you to all who made the night spectacular!

Wonderful venue!
We had an amazing experience with The Red Barn at Outlook Farm. The venue is beautiful, with stunning woodwork, a great patio for cocktail hour, and the ability to host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. Also they are flexible and have a great weather/contingency plan so that was one less thing to worry about! Our coordinator, Rachel, was calm, responsive, organized, and very easy to work with. She and the team made the planning process simple and handled setup, vendors, and deliveries seamlessly on the wedding day. We also really appreciated the transparent pricing, flexibility with food and beverage options, and nearby lodging options. Our guests loved the food and the space, and everything came together beautifully. We would absolutely recommend The Red Barn to any couple considering it.

Great venue, great wedding
We had a great wedding experience at the Red Barn. From our initial tour with Nicole and conversations we were sold on the venue. We also rented the Stage House Inn and Nealley House (owned by the venue) in downtown South Berwick which were both perfect for hosting friends and family. (Bonus we also hosted a golf tournament at the links the day prior to our wedding!) All of the staff members we encountered were informative and easy to work with. Addison and Charese, our day of coordinators, pwere both so organized and we could really tell they did everything possible to make our day go off without a hitch. They truly went above and beyond to answer our questions and tend to our needs, like my specific signature drink requests and last minute guest list edits. On our wedding day itself I felt I could truly enjoy myself and not worry about the details because Addison and Charese had everything handled so well! The venue itself is exactly what we were looking for. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony which seamlessly transitioned into cocktail hour on the veranda. The ballroom itself is effortlessly beautiful, it really doesn’t take much decor to make it look even better. Our guests commented on how much they loved the venue and especially how convenient everything was- from pre-wedding golf to staying in the Stage House Inn and other nearby hotels. It felt like a true wedding weekend experience. Overall we had the best wedding experience with the Red Barn. We will always be grateful for their professionalism and the ease at which we were able to have our wedding with them.

Perfect venue! 10/10
We got married on August 29th and truly had the most seamless, perfect day. People are still talking to us about how much they enjoyed our wedding! Emily and her staff were such a well-oiled machine, both at the rehearsal and at the wedding. Every question I had during planning (which was a lot) was answered quickly by their staff. It really is the most gorgeous venue with the golf course views, and the veranda was used all night for those that needed fresh air while taking a break from dancing. We had 155 guests and a band and it never felt too crowded in the space, it fit everyone perfectly! We would recommend getting married here to everyone we know! You will not be disappointed!
