About this venue
Welcome to The Barn at Union Lake Orchard. This 3rd generation farm has been offering its farm fresh produce for 40 years. Our hand crafted, 3 story, timber frame event Barn provides you the beauty and timelessness of farmland in Barrington, NH. Framed by colorful flowers and rows of lush peach trees this event space will be one to remember. Our wedding season is late May through mid October. We have several options for outside ceremonies. And all of our couples enjoy the flexibility of hiring their own vendors to complement their style and stay within their budget. Pricing ranges from $2500 for a micro wedding to $5950 for 150 guests.

Simply wonderful
A perfect venue for a small-medium sized wedding. The owners were extremely responsive and kind - very helpful with letting us stop by to plan and even with moving tables, chairs and benches around. Super accommodating when we realized we needed something big to be added last minute, they made it happen. Absolutely beautiful location and we were lucky enough to be have the most incredible weather. A dream come true!

Perfect Place for Your Day!
Our day at The Barn at Union Lake Orchard was better than we could have expected. From our first conversation, they made us feel welcomed and answered every question we had without hesitation. The venue itself has a rustic charm that felt so genuine and full of heart, and every detail came together perfectly for our big day. Karen and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their hospitality made both us and our guests feel truly cared for. The photos from our wedding capture exactly what we mean when we say it was a picture perfect venue! Amazing Venue!
We had an amazing experience with the Barn at Union Lake Orchard! Karen and her family made the planning process easy from start to finish and were very accommodating the entire time. They provided us with plenty of equipment and furniture so that we would not have to rent from external sources, and gave us plenty of ideas for caterers, Djs and Florists that they have worked with before! The Barn and grounds were beautiful, clean and well maintained inside and out. We cannot recommend them enough for their beautiful venue and amazing customer care that makes you feel like family!

The venue itself was a beautiful, rustic, and spacious barn that provided the perfect backdrop for a special day. Best Barn Venue!
The Barn at Union Lake Orchard was the perfect venue for our wedding. Communication with the staff was excellent - they were responsive, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The levels of space they provided were great, with ample room for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The staff also went above and beyond, helping us clean up at the end of the night and making sure we had everything we needed. They checked in often to ensure we were all set, and were genuinely kind and nice people to work with throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend The Barn at Union Lake Orchard to any couple planning their wedding.
