Legacy Rise Venue is a peaceful, faith-honoring micro-wedding venue in Waxhaw, NC, near Charlotte, created for intimate celebrations of up to 50 guests. Exchange vows inside our historic chapel, then celebrate on the outdoor deck. Choose an eight-hour venue-only experience starting at $2,800 or a curated inclusive wedding experience starting at $15,000. We are spirit-free and offer signature mocktail experiences. Private tours are available by appointment. Request information through Zola to receive available private-tour appointments.

A peaceful historic chapel for intimate, faith-honoring ceremonies of up to 50 guests.
The Legacy Rise Chapel offers a warm, historic setting for intimate ceremonies of up to 50 guests. Traditional pew seating, hardwood floors and timeless character create a peaceful backdrop for meaningful vows. Depending on the experience selected, couples may also receive access to the Bridal and Groom Suites, ceremony furnishings, curated décor, parking and day-of venue support.

An open-air setting where intimate celebrations unfold with beauty and intention.
The Deck Experience offers a private, open-air setting for intimate ceremonies and receptions of up to 50 guests. This spacious 24-by-48-foot deck provides a warm, flexible backdrop for vows, dining, dancing and spirit-free celebrations. Surrounded by trees and connected to the historic chapel, the deck can be arranged to complement the experience selected.

A flexible private event space with seating for up to 50 guests and a spacious adjoining kitchen. Ideal for showers, brunches, rehearsal dinners, intimate receptions, meetings, classes, and family celebrations. Reserved access includes the client’s decorating, event, and cleanup time. Catering, mocktails, linens, décor, and setup assistance are available add-ons.

An intimate chapel ceremony experience for couples who desire a beautiful, meaningful beginning without a full reception. The Sacred Hour provides up to two consecutive hours for arrival, the ceremony, and photographs in our peaceful, faith-honoring setting. Designed for celebrations of up to 30 guests. Couples should arrive ceremony-ready. Bridal and Groom Suites, custom setup, reception space, and extended venue access are reserved for full-experience packages.

Includes eight consecutive hours of venue access for setup, the ceremony, celebration, and cleanup. Additional hours may be available for an added fee.

The Abide Deck Experience welcomes ceremonies, showers, rehearsal dinners, brunches, and meaningful gatherings of up to 75 guests. Rates begin at $850 and vary by date, event type, guest count, access time, and enhancements. Catering, linens, mocktails, décor, and setup are available add-ons. Chapel access, suites, indoor backup space, and wedding receptions are included only when stated in the contract.

Great Atmosphere and Friendly Service

Great Venue in Waxhaw
I attended the grand opening and was blown away how it was updated with a modern taste but the integrity of the building still remains. Everything from the light fixtures, the floors and the addition of the deck makes it a perfect extension of the main space!!
