    Best Venue Ever

    The Comfort Inn and staff did an AMAZING job helping us plan and execute our wedding. The day was absolutely perfect thanks to them. They are so helpful and make sure you are getting the best treatment possible. I could not say enough good things about this venue, our wedding day was perfect.

    2025 Wedding

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Comfort Inn! From start to finish, the entire team took care of everything, from dinner and drinks to setup and cleanup, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day without worrying about the details. They went above and beyond by handling so many thoughtful touches we never would have considered ourselves, like bringing our gifts up to our room, preparing and cleaning our room, and keeping everything on schedule throughout the evening. Their attention to detail made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. The food and drinks were excellent, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed them. We also can't say enough great things about Elissa. She was incredibly easy to work with, organized, and attentive throughout the planning process. The way she set everything up looked beautiful, and she made sure the entire event ran smoothly from beginning to end. Another thing we loved was the property itself. There are so many beautiful spots around the hotel for wedding photos, giving us a variety of unique and memorable backdrops without ever having to leave the venue. We are so grateful to the Comfort Inn team for helping make our wedding day so memorable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding venue!

    June 2026 Wedding

    The communication through the entire process was great. The coordinator switched part way through our planning and the transition was seamless. Leading up to the final stages, we were given the coordinators personal phone number to text during the day. We were kept in the loop on the timeline during the reception and she always asked if we needed more time for visiting or if we were ready for the next part of our reception. Our wedding was a same sex wedding, and we never felt any type of discrimination. Our guest talked about how well the afternoon and night flowed seamlessly

Great News! Our packages remain at the same pricing year-round permitting no prices increase on the standard menus.
Your reservation is for 7 hours from start to finish, including the ceremony time. This does not include set-up or tear down time.
No. Our Food and Beverage License does not allow for ANY outside food or beverages except for desserts/ Wedding Cakes
Yes, free parking is included in the package for you and all of your guests.
Yes. Once you have booked with us, you will receive a link to a block of rooms with a discounted rate. This link can be sent to your guests, or they can call our 24/7 front desk to book over the phone.
Yes, we have a lovely room in the front lobby of the Hotel in which we provide a discount for those who book their wedding with us to utilize as either a rehearsal dinner space, a gift opening breakfast, or both.
Although we do not have a "getting ready" space in the Conference Center, included in the Wedding Package is a COMPLIMENTARY 2-night stay in one of our Hotel's Parlor Suite. Our Parlor Suite include: 1 King Bed, 1 Pull-Out Sofa Bed, A Walk-In Closet, Fully Stocked Full-Size Kitchen with Refrigerator, Living Room with a Dinning Table and 1.5 Bathrooms.
No. All catering is done through our venue. We have an onsite kitchen and Chef and offer all-inclusive and customizable meal packages to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. The only exception we allow is for wedding cakes and desserts.
We encourage couples to bring their own decor to make our rental space their own. Candles are permitted as long as they are in vases. Confetti smaller than the size of a quarter and glitter are not allowed and will result in a cleaning fee. Only the use of real flower pedals are permitted in our outdoor ceremony space.
We have both an outdoor courtyard ceremony space and an indoor ballroom ceremony space available to rent. Making our facility perfect for weddings any time of the year!
If it looks like it will rain on the day of your wedding, the Conference Center staff will contact you 4 hours prior to your ceremony start time to make a final decision. If it is decided to have the ceremony indoors, we would move the ceremony into the reception space. We would provide you with a wooden arch in front of your head table as well as a few ceremony chairs for your immediate family. The rest of your guests would utilize their reception seating.
On the day of the wedding, the couple, or whoever they designate to do so, will be responsible for the set up and tear down of their own decorations. Conference Center Staff will be responsible for setting up Comfort Inn decor only.
Yes, we require a $1,000.00 deposit at the time of the contract signing. We them require another $1,000.00 deposit 6 months out from your wedding date. These charges are non-refundable and will go toward your final wedding payment.
Yes, our Hotel and Conference Center is a 100% smoking free facility.
Yes, every purchase through us is subject to a 21% service charge and 6% sales tax.
Our Conference Center and Hotel offer accessible parking, hotel rooms, bathroom stalls and doors. However, we do not have any doors on an automatic system.
Our facility does not offer day-of wedding coordination. However, from beginning to end, you will work with our Wedding Sales Manager who will help guide you. You will also have a day-of the wedding Banquet Manager who will be there to guarantee food and beverages run smoothly on our end.
