    2025 Wedding

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Comfort Inn! From start to finish, the entire team took care of everything, from dinner and drinks to setup and cleanup, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day without worrying about the details. They went above and beyond by handling so many thoughtful touches we never would have considered ourselves, like bringing our gifts up to our room, preparing and cleaning our room, and keeping everything on schedule throughout the evening. Their attention to detail made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. The food and drinks were excellent, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed them. We also can't say enough great things about Elissa. She was incredibly easy to work with, organized, and attentive throughout the planning process. The way she set everything up looked beautiful, and she made sure the entire event ran smoothly from beginning to end. Another thing we loved was the property itself. There are so many beautiful spots around the hotel for wedding photos, giving us a variety of unique and memorable backdrops without ever having to leave the venue. We are so grateful to the Comfort Inn team for helping make our wedding day so memorable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding venue!

    June 2026 Wedding

    The communication through the entire process was great. The coordinator switched part way through our planning and the transition was seamless. Leading up to the final stages, we were given the coordinators personal phone number to text during the day. We were kept in the loop on the timeline during the reception and she always asked if we needed more time for visiting or if we were ready for the next part of our reception. Our wedding was a same sex wedding, and we never felt any type of discrimination. Our guest talked about how well the afternoon and night flowed seamlessly

Your reservation includes 7 hours from start to finish, including the ceremony time. This does not include set up or tear down time.
No. Our Food and Beverage License does not allow for ANY outside food or beverages except for desserts/ Wedding Cakes
Yes, parking is included in the package for you and all of your guests.
Yes. Once you have booked with us, you will receive a link to a block of rooms with a discounted rate. This link can be sent to your guests, or they can call our 24/7 front desk to book over the phone.
Yes, we have a lovely room in the front lobby of the hotel in which we provide a discount for those who book their wedding with us to utilize as either a rehearsal dinner space, a gift opening breakfast, or both.
We do not have a getting ready space in the conference center. However, after booking your wedding with us, you will receive 1-2 complimentary Parlor Suite(s). Please contact the Wedding Sales manager for more details regarding a 2nd complimentary suite. The Parlor Suite includes the following: 1 King Bed, Pull-out Sofa Bed, Full-size Kitchen fully Stocked, Full-size Refrigerator, Living Room & Dinning Table, 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms, Walk-in Closet, and so much more!
We will allow you and your vendors in as early as possible on the day of your wedding. Guaranteed set up times will be given in your contract.
No, your wedding would need to be catered through us as our license will not allow for outside food or beverage. We allow an exception for desserts and wedding cakes as we cannot provide special requested desserts.
Candles are permitted as long as they are in a hurricane vase. Confetti and glitter are not allowed and will result in a cleaning fee. Any flower pedals thrown during an outdoor ceremony must be real flower petals.
Our outdoor courtyard ceremony space is included in the wedding packages as well as using your reception space as a ceremony space. Weddings under 260 guests can choose to purchase a separate indoor space for their ceremony.
If it looks like it will rain on the day of your wedding, conference center staff will contact you 4 hours prior to your ceremony start time to make a final decision. In this case, your ceremony would move into your reception space. We will provide a wooden arch in front of your head table as well as a few ceremony chairs for your immediate family. The rest of your guests would utilize their reception seating.
On the day of the wedding, the couple, or whoever they designate to do so, will be responsible for the set up and tear down of their own decorations. Conference Center Staff will be responsible for setting up Comfort Inn decor only.
Yes, at the time of the contract signing, we will charge a $1,000.00 deposit to the card you will fill out a form for in the contract signing process. 6 months out from your wedding date, we will charge another $1,000.00 to the card on file. These charges are non-refundable and will go toward your final wedding payment.
Yes, our Hotel and Conference Center is a 100% smoking free facility.
Yes, the following is our policy for weddings under 100 people: For weddings under 100 guests, we require an expenditure minimum of $5,000.00. This can be reached through food, beverages, and enhancements as shown in our wedding packet. Room rental is a fixed cost of $1000.00 and we add a 21% service charge to the total before tax.

Our doors are wheelchair accessible and well as the entrance to our conference center and all 3 of our bathrooms contain 1 accessible stall. However, our conference center doors do not have automatic systems.
