    Wouldn’t book it again

    We chose Rockford Country Club for our wedding and while the venue itself is beautiful and has classic charm, our experience left us feeling rushed and frustrated. The staff communicated well when it came to payments and contracts, but we felt like we were being herded through the day rather than celebrated. It was disappointing to pay nearly 10,000 and still have random staff members walking through our changing rooms, and we weren't thrilled that they scheduled other events alongside our wedding. When my sister asked if she could watch the ceremony from the doors, the staff member promptly shut them and shrugged it off without explanation. The venue has good bones and a nice aesthetic, but the overall experience felt transactional rather than special. If you choose Rockford Country Club, go in knowing you'll need to be flexible with their schedule and prepared for a more business-like approach to your day.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
