Hi! I am an aspiring wedding planner with experience planning 3 weddings. I have known I wanted to be a wedding planner for years and am now taking the leap to get myself out there! I have been able to read about planning weddings of different ethnicities and hope to gain more knowledge and experience as I continue to plan more weddings. I am located in Beloit, WI and am able to travel within an hour radius of me for my regular rates. My goal is to help you plan the day you have dreamed of for months or years so that it comes to life within your budget

My goal as a planner and coordinator is to get my mind lined up with your vision to help bring designs and ideas to the table that help make your day even more amazing than you imagined. I am able to spot things that could go array and put out the 'fires' that may arise without drawing attention to them.

Description

This level of service includes planning from the start of your engagement up to your wedding day and coordinating the rehearsal and day of the wedding. You will have access to contacting me throughout the entire process and meetings throughout the planning process to check un on how we are all feeling about the planning so far.

This level of service includes planning of your event from the time you get engaged through your wedding week. This does not include coordination of the rehearsal or day of. My goal is to support you through the planning process however I can.

This level of service includes planning from 6 months prior to your wedding up to the week of your wedding. Day of and rehearsal coordination is not included with this package

This level of service includes coordinating at the rehearsal and the day of your wedding. We will start to coordinate about final details and the day of your wedding a month prior to polish off what your day will look like.

    I recently attended a friend's wedding where Alisha was the coordinator. I had a wardrobe malfunction with my dress and I needed to clothe pin an area. As I walked in she saw me fidgeting with my dress and she approached and offered to help immediately. Her attention to detail and readiness allowed me the freedom to enjoy the rest of the wedding in it's entirety! I appreciate it so much! 🩷

As a way to ensure the best experience for each couple I will only be taking on one wedding per weekend at the time.
As of now my team consists of just me, but as things grow I may look at adding additional assistance to be able to help plan more weddings throughout the year.
I would recommend booking 6-12 months in advance when possible, especially for peak wedding season (May-September). However, if your date is available, I'd love to help, even on shorter timelines.
Yes! I am based in Beloit, Wisconsin and serve Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri and Indiana. Travel fees apply when more than 50 miles from Beloit.
After your consultation, I'll send over a contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the signed contract and retainer are received.
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
Absolutely! Every wedding is different, and I'd be happy to create a package that fits your needs.
While I'm your day-of coordinator, we begin communicating several weeks before your wedding to finalize timelines, vendor information and logistics.
If included in your package, yes! Attending the rehearsal helps ensure everyone knows where they need to be on the wedding day.
Helping Hands is perfect for couples who have planned everything themselves but need someone to professionally set up decor and personal details before guests arrive.
No. This service is focused on setup only and does not include timeline management or vendor coordination throughout the day.
Teardown can be added depending on availability and your package.
