    We highly recommend Second! We had our wedding there at the end of May, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Krystal and Kevi were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Greg, our planning team, and the entire Second staff kept everything running seamlessly, so we were able to relax and really enjoy the day. Our guests are still talking about the food. More than one person told us it was the best short rib they've ever had! The cocktails were also a huge hit, and the service was outstanding. Several guests mentioned they hardly had to go to the bar because the servers were always coming around with fresh drinks before their glasses were even empty. We truly couldn't have asked for a better venue. If you're looking for a beautiful, unique venue with a contemporary New York feel, incredible food, and attentive service, we can't recommend Second enough.

    Staff was lovely, attentive, and helpful. Food was good. The space is designed entirely with hard surfaces and the reverberating noise made conversations challenging.

    SECOND was an unbelievable venue for our wedding! The entire team is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and detail oriented. Our guests could not stop raving about the cocktails, the food, and the seamless service. The entire wedding planning process was so smooth with the team at SECOND. They are so responsive and ready to accommodate our every need to execute a flawless event. Our wedding is something we will dream of for many years to come thanks to the team at SECOND!

    We just did our wedding for about 150 guests at Second - and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire team there! Walter, Krystal, and the day of staff THANK YOU for making our day so excellent! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious - definitely as good as they were at the tasting. Nata, our personal attendant for the day, was so wonderful (and even signed our guest book which absolutely made our day!). Other guests also told me how impressed they were by the service! Thanks everyone for EVERYTHING.

No, we do not allow for outside alcohol in the venue.
Yes, all our facilities are ADA accessible. There is an elevator to the space and multiple ADA accessible entrances.

SECOND books 1 wedding a day. You have access to the space for the duration of your event, with vendor load-in as early as 9am and load-out within 3 hours post event.
SECOND is located 8 mi from LGA , 14 mi from JFK and 13 mi from Newark Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the subway or train at Herald Square, or by private car or taxi.
SECOND is very centrally located and just steps away from several major transportation hubs including Penn Station, Herald Square Subway Station NQRW, BDFM trains, & 33rd St NJ PATH station.
SECOND takes a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm event date. Client cancel within 30 days of the event date, SECOND shall retain collected deposit(s) and Client will be responsible for the remaining balance of the estimated total for the event.
Access to the venue for the duration of the event, including contracted agreed upon load-in & load-out, use and set up/clean up of the venue's custom in-house furniture, china, flatware, & glassware.
No we do not offer on-site parking at SECOND, there are several public parking garages within walking distance.
Yes, SECOND is located within the Hotel Eventi and happy to offer your wedding party a room block.
