About this venue

Stone Manor is a wedding venue nestled in the rolling countryside of Loudoun County, Virginia. Surrounded by mature trees, lush gardens, and historic charm, the property offers a picturesque setting for an unforgettable wedding celebration. The signature Woodland Glen Ceremony Site provides an enchanting setting for ceremonies beneath a canopy of mature trees. Following the ceremony, guests can gather in the Butterfly Gardens for cocktails, mingling, and photographs. Receptions may be held in the elegant, climate-controlled Solarium or our tented reception space, featuring sailcloth draping and iron chandeliers. The Solarium also provides a beautiful indoor ceremony option in the event of inclement weather.

Naturally lit and classically simple, the Solarium is is easy for couples to decorate to express their personal style

The Solarium Reception Hall is the perfect fit for a smaller wedding reception, as this fully indoor (heated / air-conditioned) space can seat up to 85 guests while still having room for a sweetheart table and dance floor! This space features a variety of knobs and hooks for couples to be able to hang decor items to their heart's content. This space features a built-in-bar and back patio, so food and bar services will not impact the floorpan.

Woodland Glen

A forest ceremony site set for a fairytale! Say your nuptials surrounded by the beauty of nature in our Woodland Glen ceremony site.

Couples who want an outdoor ceremony can make use of our secluded and beautiful Woodland Glen site, where 200 guests can attend a wedding in the forest.

This beautiful stone house sits at the base of the mountain and boasts luxurious suites and cozy gardens. Stone Manor is known for its rich collection of stained-glass windows as well as the beautiful and productive gardens. Up to 20 people can be lodged in the Manor, making it the perfect place for the wedding party or for family to stay before and after the wedding.

A wedding to remember for all time.
My wife and I had our wedding at Stone Manor on October 4 2026, and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. This was the perfect place for us to be married, and we would not have had it any other way. For starters, my wife is a huge Twilight fan, and the Wooded Glen ceremony area made us feel like we were in our own bit of twilight! Everyone at the venue was so helpful too, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared leading up to the wedding, and even making sure everything ran smoothly the day of!. Food was incredible, and our guests can vouch for that. All-in-all, if my wife and I could get married here again, we 100000% would. If you're looking to get married soon, I highly recommend Stone Manor Boutique Inn. Also, as a personal thank you from me and my wife: Erin, Autum, Parth, and Manisha- thank you so much for everything from the bottom of our hearts. We don't know how we could have done this all without you all :)

Dream wedding- September 2026
My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience at Stone Manor Inn! We went into wedding planning without a clear vision of what we wanted and were already feeling overwhelmed. After touring Stone Manor, we fell in love with the beautiful property, especially the forest ceremony space. We booked the White Peacock Butterfly full-weekend package, and I cannot recommend adding full wedding coordination enough! Erin was wonderful throughout the planning process, helping us figure out what we wanted and find vendors within our budget. When the big weekend arrived, Erin and Autumn made everything come together seamlessly. We could actually relax and enjoy our wedding, and even got to include our two dogs in the ceremony! The food was incredible thanks to Parth, and Brandy made a phenomenal sweetheart cake. Our guests raved about the venue, and we loved being able to use décor from their complimentary lending library. What made the experience so special was the people. The Stone Manor team didn't just provide a beautiful venue; they helped us create a wedding that felt completely like us, even when we weren't sure what that looked like ourselves. A huge thank you to Manisha, Prashant, Erin, Autumn, Parth, Brandy, and everyone at Stone Manor for a wedding beyond anything we could have imagined!

A magical day
Erin, Autumn, and the entire crew at the beautiful Stone Manor Inn really knew how to make our day feel even more magical than we ever could have imagined. Every single detail was considered to include clear umbrellas, and a lending library to borrow decorations. All of our last minute adjustments were met with a grace that allowed us to enjoy every single minute. Erin made us feel like an important part of the family, responded promptly to all of our concerns, and took so many photos and videos of us during the day which made the entire process so memorable and stress-free. We are truly grateful for the beautiful experience for our special day from Erin and the Stone Manor Inn!

The start of my wedding week was blissful but also impactful, the staff had everything set out for me and prepared by the time I arrived. We had selected the full weekend package, due to my own anxiety, I felt the need to have a slower start to my wedding day. Coming in, decorating the day before, and having the rehearsal and dinner at the same place, just felt like more of an experience than a production. Manisha and Prashant have helped us from the day we booked the venue. Being able to build and create a relationship with the environment we got married in was so incredibly special to us. They did so much for us, that it is impossible to put into words. They provided us with the best possible staff. Parth and Brandy made sure to work with my Celiac disease and create a menu that still highlighted their abilities, without any gluten. Also, my guests got to experience a meal where they couldn't even tell it was gluten free! Parth and his wife, Aditi, brought their fur baby, Emma, and we could not have enjoyed the day more. Emma was so good and it made us miss our own fur baby a little bit less! (Yes, they are a dog friendly venue, but bringing our Baby was just out of the question due to her and our own anxiety levels) Brandy even went above and beyond to make our tiramisu, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, for us and our guests instead of a wedding cake. It was 100% uniquely us, but she made it that way. The hostility staff, Jennifer, Flor, & Deni, had our rooms clean, spotless, and ready for us. They were also on standby throughout the weekend to make sure everything was seamless and our guests were comfortable. Autumn and Erin also went above and beyond their job description to make sure our day was perfect. I received photos and videos throughout the day to insure everything was to my expected vision. They even did a few content creating on the side! I, and my guests, will treasure those videos immensely! To Stone Manor Staff, thank you, from both of us, we will never forget our weekend and the memories you made possible.

Late Summer Wedding
Everything about our experience with Stone Manor was exactly as we'd hoped and then some! The coordinators and staff were hard working, attentive, and responsive. They made our part easy and helped us feel extra confident before, during, and after our wedding. We highly recommend Stone Manor and look forward to coming back for another stay in the future!
