About this venue

Swan Point is a boutique waterfront venue designed for intimate weddings with 50 or fewer guests. Set along the Occoquan River, our gazebo and natural surroundings create a peaceful, romantic backdrop. We specialize in small celebrations that feel personal and elegant—never crowded or rushed. Our space is ideal for couples who value simplicity, aesthetics, and a relaxed experience. Please note: we do not accommodate events above 50 guests.

    Highly recommended

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at Swan Point! Annita took her time to meet with us, really capture our vision for our wedding day, and brought it to life! We booked the intimate package- full ceremony, cocktail hour and catered reception. The venue had so much natural beauty- waterfront, beautifully landscaped with lovely flowers... our own decor was minimum. Swan Point already had much of the details for decor and atmosphere covered. Annita was very easy to coordinate things with- professional, great communication, and genuinely showed care and concern for us. If you're looking for an intimate small wedding but still want all the magic and beauty, then Swan Point is for you! Highly recommended!

    Beautiful and Amazing Wedding

    Annita was absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, she made the whole planning process feel so much easier with her calm, easygoing personality. We had so many questions and worries along the way, but she was always there to reassure us and guide us through everything. It truly felt like we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, Desiree, our day-of coordinator, was a total lifesaver. She brought so many great ideas to the table and handled everything with such confidence and care. Honestly, without her, we would’ve been a mess! She helped everything run so smoothly and let us really enjoy the day without stress. Our wedding day turned out to be absolutely beautiful, and we’re so grateful we chose Swan Point. Having Annita and Desiree by our side made all the difference. We can’t thank them enough!
