About this venue
Beacon Hill Manor is a private estate on 55 acres in Loudoun County, Virginia, an easy drive from Washington, DC and Dulles. We host one wedding a day, never two, so the entire estate is yours: the lawns, the terrace, the Manor and the Grand Hall. Say your vows on the lawn, gather for cocktail hour in the Grand Hall with its balcony, double staircase and grand piano, then dine and dance under crystal chandeliers in our 40 x 80 frame tent, included with every package along with your choice of dance floor. Up to 10 overnight guests sleep in the Manor itself, in six king bedrooms. Packages for up to 150 guests include 8 to 12 hours of estate use, 200 ceremony chairs, 200 Chiavari chairs, tables and cocktail tables, a luxury restroom trailer, parking for 50 cars and a day-of venue manager, at the same price all year. Bring your own caterer and vendors with no food-and-beverage minimum. Private tours by appointment.

The heart of the Manor: marble floors, a balcony, and tall windows that flood the room with light. Cocktail hour lives here, with guests drifting between the Hall and the terrace, and it seats up to 100 as a built-in rain plan for your ceremony. The getting-ready suites are steps away, and the grand piano is yours to play.

The ceremony lawn sits below the Manor with woods on every side and no neighbors in view, so it is quiet, private and entirely yours for the day. Ceremony chairs for up to 150 are included. Afterward, guests climb the sweeping staircase to the terrace and the Grand Hall for cocktail hour while the tent is readied for dinner. Space for a late-night fire pit, lawn games and photos in every direction.

The sidewalls open for 360-degree views of the estate or close for a cozy evening, and it has dedicated power for your band or DJ. Choose the black and white checkered floor or the birch floor. Tent heat and a clear top are available as enhancements.
