About this venue
Set to be Terrain’s largest event venue, the new location can comfortably accommodate up to 178 guests for weddings, and up to 250 guests for seated corporate events. The venue is accepting bookings for August 28, 2026 and beyond. This location also features a dedicated 1,700 square foot Private Suites building with two separate spaces designed for full-day on-site preparation.

The property was expertly re-imagined to perfectly suit celebrations that guests will remember for years to come. It is adorned with elements like natural wood floors, vintage-style chandeliers, and expansive walls of glass that set the tone for an unforgettable backdrop to any style of event.

Terrain Gardens in Wayland
We are just elated with our wedding experience at Terrain Gardens in Wayland! We took a risk booking the site while it was undergoing construction but it was well worth it. Our venue coordinators met with us on a scheduled basis to cover anything we could possibly think of. They were detail-oriented and just absolutely wonderful to work with. Once the venue was completed, we were able to view the space and were blown away. It is absolutely beautiful. We served the braised short rib, seared shrimp, and rolled lasagna, and each dish was delicious. We felt so cared for by the event managers, wedding attendants, servers, and bartenders who checked-in with us throughout the night. It was such a wonderful experience and we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding night besides celebrating ourselves. Our guests commented on what a lovely time they had. We are so happy having gone with Terrain Gardens and would do it all over again.
