About this venue
As a full-service venue, we offer in-house catering, rentals, and several unique locations for your big day! Our beautifully renovated Ballroom was designed with you in mind—it provides a blank canvas to transform into whatever vision you love (and has beautiful local reclaimed wooden floors)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

The perfect venue for our dream wedding!
We had our wedding at The Club at Glenmore on October 10, 2026, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The venue provided everything we needed for a seamless, stress-free day. The bridal suite was spacious and perfect for getting ready, and there were separate rooms for the groom and groomsmen to relax and prepare as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire day. Our coordinator was especially helpful, organized, and responsive throughout the planning process, which made such a difference in helping everything come together. The chef was also wonderful about accommodating dietary restrictions, and the food was absolutely delicious! The setting was breathtaking, with beautiful mountain views. We had our outdoor ceremony on the 10th tee box of the golf course, followed by cocktail hour in the open-air pavilion, which was the perfect way to enjoy the scenery with our guests. The full-service experience made everything feel effortless, and we truly appreciated how well everything was handled from start to finish. We would highly recommend The Club at Glenmore to any couple looking for a beautiful venue, amazing food, and a team that genuinely cares about making your wedding day special. We are so grateful we chose this venue for our wedding and couldn’t recommend it more!

Glenmore is the BEST!
From our first conversation with the team at The Club at Glenmore, we knew we were in good hands. Kim and Sierra kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions with thoughtfulness and care. The Ballroom itself is absolutely stunning, and the food and drinks were both delicious. On the day of our wedding, everything ran like clockwork—the staff was warm and welcoming, making sure our guests felt taken care of the entire time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we'd recommend this venue to any couple looking for a place that truly has everything you need for a beautiful celebration.

Kim and Sierra went above and beyond to make my wedding day truly unforgettable. From the very beginning they were extremely responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They offered thoughtful ideas and helpful feedback throughout the planning process which made everything feel easy and well supported. On the day of the wedding every detail was handled seamlessly from coordination to setup allowing me to fully enjoy the moment without stress or worry. The flow of the day felt effortless and everything came together more beautifully than I could have imagined. The venue itself was absolutely stunning. The view, food, and overall layout created such a warm and elegant atmosphere that truly impressed all of our guests. Everything was picture perfect. Even after the wedding my friends and family are still talking about how gorgeous everything was and how smoothly the entire event ran. Grateful for Glenmore
My wife and I recently had our wedding at The Club at Glenmore, and it was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of glorious. Kim and the Glenmore team were incredibly professional, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire planning process. We hosted our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at the venue, and having everything in one beautiful location made the entire weekend seamless and stress-free. The food deserves special mention; it was phenomenal. The menu options were so impressive that it was nearly impossible to choose what to serve. Every dish we ended up selecting was delicious and beautifully presented, and our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was. The venue itself is stunning. The grounds provided the perfect flow, from the ceremony site to cocktail hour to the ballroom reception. It felt like an elegant journey for our guests without ever feeling too spread out. The natural beauty of Glenmore created a breathtaking backdrop for every part of the day. The entire staff, from the catering team to the servers, was top-notch. They treated our day with such care and attention, making us feel like our wedding was their top priority. We couldn’t be more grateful to Kim and the team at The Club at Glenmore. Great experience!
We held our wedding at The Club at Glenmore in Spring 2025, and we were so happy with Glenmore as a venue! We were looking for a close-to-all-inclusive venue to minimize how many different vendors we'd need to work with, and we were so glad to find that in Glenmore. We were especially happy with the events manager, Kim Hayden, and the serving staff. Kim stayed in close communication with us and our wedding coordinators from booking to the end of our event, and she had a calm, caring demeanor throughout the wedding. When a guest had a minor medical emergency, Kim was discreet but responsive, quickly helping to ensure the guest was able to rest and enjoy dinner in the cool clubhouse (it was a warm day!) after he had been checked out. She was a professional and fun presence throughout the process. The venue ensured our wedding was well-staffed, and we really enjoyed that everyone on the serving staff was so pleasant, friendly, and attentive. We also had great feedback from our guests about the food. Chef Frederick hit it out of the park with all of our dishes, and he was so flexible for guests' dietary needs. We were impressed with how well everything was cooked even with a buffet style meal and truly did get a lot of compliments from guests about the meal. We went with the Pavilion for our reception, with our ceremony on the 10th Tee and our cocktail hour in the green space between. The space ended up being really perfect for us - throughout cocktail hour and the reception, guests were on the dance floor or resting in the Pavilion, seated around the two fire pits in adirondack chairs, playing yard games, or checking out the nice view of the green, so there was something for everyone and plenty of space for our guests to enjoy. We would choose to work with Glenmore again if we could go back in time! Definitely a crowd-pleasing venue with a lot to offer.
