Its industrial-chic design includes soaring ceilings with exposed trusses, white brick walls paired with exposed brick accents, and polished concrete floors—creating a stylish blank canvas for any event or production. Four newly added bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience. Natural light pours through skylights, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for photography and video shoots. For productions requiring controlled lighting, blackout options are available. The space also includes two ground-level entrances, one accommodating small vehicle access.
