We loved our wedding!
We had our wedding reception here and it was a fantastic experience. Kari guided us through the whole process and gave us plenty of time on the calls leading up to the wedding to go through all the small details. The room looked beautiful, everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent. Everyone loved the dinner and the desserts were gone so quickly! We had our after party at Monteverdi downstairs which was a ton of fun and the food and service were excellent there too. Thank you Kari and the Royal Sonesta team for making our wedding weekend so special!

The Sonesta team is truly exceptional. Every year, our Thanksgiving dinner becomes a highlight of the fall semester, thanks entirely to the incredible people who make it happen. From the thoughtful planning process with Christopher, who is organized, flexible, and wonderfully easy to work with, to the seamless on-site coordination from Kevin (Event Manager), Brandon (KVL AV technician), and the rest of the staff, everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are unmatched. Every staff member we’ve interacted with, from buffet attendants to coat check to the cleanup crew, has been consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive. The team is proactive, responsive, and always ready with solutions, which makes hosting a large-scale event feel effortless. The venue was beautiful, the staff was helpful, the room set up was just exactly what was needed. The caterer was an outside vendor (Marsala Art) and the food was amazing. Everyone raved about it.
