Owner ignored concerns
I loved how pretty this banquet Hall was and after speaking with Maria I was sold on the beautiful court yard attached to my room. I ended up catering separate for my vendors because they wanted to charge full guest price for them to eat. No other venue did this in the area. I did want 3 cases of different type of beer because I had people that only drank that beer. I knew it would be costly but that was fine. When I gave seating chart I was told by I think his name was Ryan I could only have 14 tables not 16 because of my head count. I wanted only 10 at most at tables for comfort. He made me condense tables and get rid of one making me have yo reprint many place cards but I did this without complaint. It was pouring rain so I had not decorated or checked courtyard because people went out front to smoke. By 730 the rain had stopped. Dinner service was very slow, putting me a little behind but that's is to be expected I guess. I always make the best of things and just bounced around the room in between soup and salad and food. I danced and laughed because my Dj was great. Things were settleing a bit around 10 At 10:26pm I remember that I had cigars for the courtyard and went to put them out there when one of my guests told me I couldn't because it was locked all night. I know 10:26 because my husband said he looked at his watch and remembered exactly. The door was locked, the up lighting was on but no waterfalls or fire pit. My husband had to find someone to unlock it. Around this same time I was able to talk to my friend that I bought the extra case a beer and she had not been drinking. She said there was no beer she liked, I told her I special ordered her some specially for her. She explained, right when they arrived her husband went to bar and asked for the beer and they said they didn't have any 64s. I paid 52 for She said she had 5 beers. Who ever I spoke with a male , i said I had concerns and would like to talk with him. He said absolutely and we went in office. While walking in he immediately said well you complaint isn't you didnt have fun that's for sure. Guess what I have fun where ever I go. But it was like he went on defensive. I explained the court yard want open and he insisted that it was opened at 8. I know it we almost 11 when I noticed because that's when things were settling enough to even think about it. He said to me. Well I didn't have a clock but it was around 8. Food was still being served at 8. Then I explained about the beer he said well the other 2 beers I bought were gone because he went in room that day and counted, I said I'm not mentioning the other beer. I mentioning 1 specific beer and then he said there was only a 6 pack left so some one drank it. the only person I know that drinks it was told there wasn't any so who else would know to ask for it. And he said how do I know who your friend is. It was given to somebody else. Then he explain there were only 6 left and he packed them up and gave them to me. I did not want to argue with him because he is defensive liar. I didn't get courtyard, wine service cleared, beer that I paid for. Dealing with the males at venue I felt dismissed and talked down to. They were on the defense when I was voicing concerns. I would not go to Tuscany falls when there are so many other venues in this area. Food was good but you do not get to do a taste which I thought was weird too.

Perfect Venue
We had our wedding at Tuscany Falls Banquets and Events and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our first conversation through the big day, their team responded fast and was always happy to help us with whatever we needed. The venue itself is stunning with classic elegance and plenty of space for all our guests. What really stood out was how genuinely invested each staff member was in making our day special. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly. We'd recommend Tuscany Falls to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run venue with a staff that truly cares.

Tuscany Falls was a great venue! Our wedding was held in the West room, and it was absolutely beautiful. The venue itself has many beautiful places to take photos. The team was responsive whenever we had a question or needed help with something. There were only a couple of downfalls to the venue, the team doesn't have one point of contact when dealing with couples to at times one person told us one thing then another person would tell us something different, they did not get my table linen colors correct although I had been in to do a sample run and gave them the exact colors I wanted that were listed in their color swatch book, and the way they charge for things isn't always clear so make sure you know exactly what you're paying for and how much it costs when you sign your contract. Overall, I'd highly recommend this venue! The staff was friendly and helpful and they were responsive to any needs or concerns we had throughout the duration of our planning process.

Amazing Anniversary Celebration
Tuscany Falls Banquets and Events provided an exceptional experience for our anniversary celebration. From the initial tour to the final week leading up to the event, Maria was amazing - she was responsive, professional and friendly while sharing ideas and suggestions that helped us plan our special day. The space was perfect for the size of our event, and the packages offered were reasonable and made the planning process easy. Maria worked through all of our questions, and I really appreciated being able to pay for the event over a period of time, which allowed me to manage my budget. The DJ, John Limon, was also awesome and understood our goal to keep the dance floor filled all night. On the day of the event, the staff was so helpful and flexible as things changed. Overall, Tuscany Falls exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to making our day perfect.
