No. The KNC is the sole liquor license holder, and we prohibit outside alcohol in Warren Station. Our bar menu is extensive, with product tiers to accommodate most budgets and versatile bar packages for you to choose from.

Parking is free in the RIVER RUN GONDOLA (aka MONTEZUMA) parking lot just adjacent to River Run Village. Park on the most eastern side of the lot (towards Loveland pass) for the most direct access to the Warren Station venue. Locals’ Tip: NO CAR REQUIRED. The town offers a FREE and convenient transit system throughout the different towns. The Summit Stage is available for FREE travel to our neighboring communities of Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Summit Cove, and Breckenridge. For schedules and routes visit the Summit Stage Free Bus.

Decorations are the responsibility of the User(s) and must be removed immediately at the conclusion of the event. Tape, nails, and staples are not permitted. Non-damaging adhesive materials may be allowed and must be approved by the Warren Station Venue Coordinator. Sidewalk chalk, paint, rice, birdseed, confetti, glitter are not permitted. All candles must be enclosed and are subject to Summit County Fire Restrictions. The use of sparklers may be permitted, and MUST be previously arranged with Venue Coordinator 30 days prior to the event date. Sparklers are subject to Summit County Fire Restrictions.

Warren Station does not have a kitchen and therefore we do not serve food. For private events, we have a list of full-service caterers that are familiar with our venue and loved by our team. When entertaining guests on your stay, we recommend trying one of the many great restaurants we have right here in River Run Village.

Of course, we love furry friends and completely understand why you would want them apart of your day. Pets can participate in any of the outdoor activities but are not allowed to come inside of the building or be locked up on our patio. We recommend having someone take the animal back to your room in between the ceremony & reception.
