Lush gardens and landscaped patios await you and your guests for an unforgettable ceremony. Hold your vows outdoors along the grounds and take in the smell of beautiful flowers. While your guests await your arrival, they’ll be able to listen to the majestic sounds of the watermill. After your ceremony, you may make your way to the ballroom. The event space holds up to 400 guests for events of all types. The handcrafted ballroom has recently been renovated and is known to turns heads. Every corner exudes elegance and the chandeliers make a statement. Shining cherry-wood floors await your guests and their dance moves.

Everything done at Watermill Caterers is done with the utmost sophistication. Your guests will have access to fine china and sparkling votive candles. Their white glove service means every meal is delivered with class. Menus are customizable to match your specifications and dietary needs. In addition, you catering can be enhanced with specialty bars like tequila flights, hot dog carts, donut walls, or other exit stations.

We had an amazing experience working with Watermill Caterers from start to finish. The team was so easy to talk to throughout the planning process, which made everything feel less stressful and more fun. When there was a mistake on my seating chart, they swapped it around without making a fuss. On the day of our wedding, their staff blew us away with how hard they worked to make sure every detail was perfect. The venue itself was so beautiful and elegant with their thoughtful decorations. They are always working to renovate and update the spaces, even though it’s already so gorgeous. We saved a ton on decorations because we felt that the venue was already so petty! They went above and beyond what we expected, treating our guests like family and taking care of all the little things we didn't even think to ask for. The food was absolutely incredible and we had so many people say it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We can't recommend Watermill Caterers enough for couples looking for a venue with a staff that truly cares.

The Perfect Wedding Venue
We got married at The Watermill on September 6th, and we honestly could not have been happier with our decision! Everything about our wedding day was incredible, from the beautiful venue and outdoor ceremony area to the amazing food and, most importantly, the staff who made sure everything ran seamlessly. The entire Watermill team was wonderful, from the woman at the front desk to Rob, Maria, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make our day so special. Our maître d’, Sean, was absolutely incredible! He was so funny, kind, and personable, and he kept everything running smoothly throughout the evening. Our bridal attendants, Olivia and Francesca, deserve a special shout-out because they went above and beyond for us. They were constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, including food and drinks, and they took such great care of our families, too. They made sure our parents were taken care of and had drinks throughout the evening. They brought a HUGE tray of cocktail-hour food right to our bridal suite so we could actually eat on our wedding day! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we were so grateful for how attentive they were. And the FOOD! The cocktail hour was absolutely incredible, and our guests are still talking about it. The food and drinks were amazing, and people have repeatedly told us that ours was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. Everyone loved the room, the outdoor area, and the overall atmosphere. We have received so many compliments, and it makes us so happy knowing our guests had just as wonderful a time as we did. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the outdoor ceremony area was perfect. We were also so impressed by how The Watermill manages to host two weddings at once while making each couple feel like they are the only wedding happening that day. Most of our guests had absolutely no idea there was another wedding taking place until they were leaving! The best part of all was that we were able to truly enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything. I genuinely don’t think anything went wrong, but even if it did, we would never have known because the staff handled everything so seamlessly. They took care of every detail and allowed us to be present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We would choose The Watermill all over again in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a wedding venue. The beautiful space, incredible food, and outstanding staff make this place truly special. Thank you to the entire Watermill team for giving us a wedding day we will remember forever!

Real Life Fairytale
I can not say enough good things about this amazing venue! From our first chat in 2024 through our wedding day in 2026 they exceeded all our expectations. Rob answered my message right away, I had 3 amazing walk throughs with both him and TK prior to booking because I needed to weigh every possible option, and every other team member we met along the way felt like they were just as excited for our wedding day as we were. I can not even remember how many times I called to ask little questions like what time dinner would be served and every person that answered was either able to immediately give me an answer or would get someone who could. On our wedding day every staff member were the most caring and supportive people we could have ever asked for. Nick was our captain and made sure every moment of the day followed my vision. Morgan and Paige were our bridal attendants and over a month later my husband and I still talk about how much we loved them. They both anticipated anything we could possibly need before we needed it and checked on us all night long. My husband asked if anyone had matches and they magically appeared. I mentioned that my dress strap was cutting into me and a few moments later I was offered 3 possible solutions (which worked for the entire night). Every guest can not stop raving about the food and how beautiful the entire party was. They made sure everything we wanted happened and made sure to pull us aside to take a moment to breathe. We can not wait to attend an event as a guest!

Wedding at Watermill Caterers
From the moment we booked our wedding until the very last dance, The Watermill exceeded every expectation we had. Our wedding day was truly the most perfect day of our lives, and so much of that was because of the incredible staff and service. Every detail was flawless, the food was absolutely phenomenal, and our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. The team made us feel so cared for throughout the entire day and ensured everything ran seamlessly. We cannot thank The Watermill enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams. We would choose them a million times over!

Beautiful Grounds and Amazing Food
From the moment we saw the outdoor ceremony space, we knew The Watermill made the top of our list. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was and on how good the food was. In particular, the cocktail hour food got the most compliments. The team was great to work with, though there were some miscommunications as we got passed along from person to person getting closer to our wedding. One person would say they had frames for our signature drinks sign so we didn't need to get any while the next person said they didn't supply that. We were also of the understanding that we wouldn't be seeing any other party when we arrived, but there was another group out on the patio when we went to do our first look. I found out after that there was another party that was supposed to have left, but they didn't yet. Still, the team made sure to usher everyone away so we could have our space for our first look and we didn't see anyone other than our own party for the rest of the night. I have to give kudos to the team for stepping up when we had a medical emergency. Someone in my family needed medical attention during the reception (he was okay!) and even though my husband and most of his wedding party were medics, the staff was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. Once we knew everyone was okay, Nick was very helpful in getting us back on track and getting us back in party mode. I appreciate him staying calm in that situation and making sure everything else kept running smoothly. Elaine was amazing. Every time I turned around she was there asking if I needed anything to drink, making sure I had food and was a huge comfort. I've heard that most couples don't get to eat at their own weddings and we had the complete opposite experience. Between her and my day-of coordinator, I felt so taken care of and truly appreciated everything. A DIY girl, I also made our centerpieces which did require some assembly. Shout out to the team for setting everything up the way I imagined and for helping us to have our nerdy wedding. I also appreciated that Nick got in on the fun with a Harry Potter tie clip to go with some of our centerpieces. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Watermill Caterers. I would just advise taking notes and staying on top of communication leading up to the big day.
