The Mansion at Wheatley Farms sits on a pristine 20‑acre estate in Brookville, NY, offering a timeless backdrop paired with beautifully crafted cuisine, perfect for celebrations of any size. At Wheatley Farms, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. As one of the only non-profit, full-service catering companies on Long Island, we’re proud to create unforgettable events that also make a meaningful impact in our community. Our stunning ballroom accommodates up to 80 guests with a dance floor, or up to 120 without. Outdoor areas are also available and can further expand your event capacity, giving you even more flexibility to design the celebration you envision.

The space features a 2,500‑square‑foot ballroom designed for guest seating and dancing, along with an adjacent dining room where food, desserts, and beverages can be displayed in an elegant, inviting layout. Our outdoor grounds, complete with a charming gazebo, reflecting pond, and fountain, offer a beautiful setting for cocktail hour, wedding ceremonies, and a variety of other special moments.

10/10 experience for our intimate wedding!
We had a fantastic experience at The Mansion at Wheatley Farms. We attended an open house in May and booked our September 19 wedding soon after. Rita was incredibly helpful every step of the way! I truly can’t thank her enough. Our wedding turned out beautifully. We had 72 guests and the dining hall comfortably fit nine tables while leaving room to dance. Our outdoor ceremony was unforgettable. We chose Bayside Florist to create our centerpieces and Artistry in Flowers to create our bouquets and were elated with how everything turned out! We used the venue's floral arch for the ceremony and we are happy with how it looks in the photos. There was an abundance of food which was displayed beautifully, with both buffet-style and table spreads. You won't need any additional food vendors! The venue's bartender also did a fantastic job with the drinks. We chose two signature cocktails and she presented them beautifully with cute signage and dry ice on the table .We paid for an extra hour of partying and it was absolutely worth it. Everyone raved about our wedding and had such a great time. If you’re looking for an elegant venue for a smaller, intimate wedding, with a helpful staff and you're on a budget, I highly recommend The Mansion at Wheatley Farms.
