The Mansion at Wheatley Farms sits on a pristine 20‑acre estate in Brookville, NY, offering a timeless backdrop paired with beautifully crafted cuisine, perfect for celebrations of any size. At Wheatley Farms, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. As one of the only non-profit, full-service catering companies on Long Island, we’re proud to create unforgettable events that also make a meaningful impact in our community. Our stunning ballroom accommodates up to 80 guests with a dance floor, or up to 120 without. Outdoor areas are also available and can further expand your event capacity, giving you even more flexibility to design the celebration you envision.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a back entrance with a ramp and an elevator, as well as hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Your reservation includes 3–5 hours of event time, depending on the package selected. This does not include the time required for our staff to set up before the event or clean up afterward. Any additional event time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
No, our venue is fully insured.
Yes. Our venue requires a minimum of 50 adult guests for catered event bookings. This minimum helps ensure we can provide the high level of food, service, and event experience our guests expect. If your event will have fewer than 50 adult guests, please contact us to discuss your plans. Depending on the date, event type, and availability, we may be able to suggest alternative options.
