Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for your interest in the Mansion at Woodside! I would love the opportunity to introduce you to one of Long Island’s true hidden gems, The Mansion at Woodside Club! We are a beautifully secluded Private Golf & Country Club situated on Long Island’s Gold Coast. Our estate provides lavish grounds and a stunning interior, with rich history dating back to 1916. We are quickly becoming a coveted and prestigious venue space for unforgettable celebrations. We’re excited to present our fully renovated ballroom and cocktail hour space! We provide an elegant five-hour event, (6 hours if we are hosting your ceremony as well) which includes your 1-hour cocktail hour and four-hour sit-down dinner reception in our Grand Ballroom. Our Ballroom fits a maximum capacity of 250 people with a minimum required of 125. Woodside Club only hosts one wedding a weekend!

An Absolutely Spectacular Wedding Venue
From the moment we first met with Sarah to tour this magnificent mansion, we knew it was the perfect setting for our daughter's wedding. But nothing could've prepared us for just how extraordinary the entire experience would be! The mansion itself is absolutely breathtaking, beautifully manicured grounds and picturesque views of the golf course. Every corner of the property provides a spectacular backdrop, creating an atmosphere of romance, sophistication and grandeur. Our daughter's wedding was nothing short of magical. From the gorgeous and spacious bridal suite, an incredibly impressive variety and abundance of food during the cocktail hour, to the elegant and spacious ballroom reception, every detail was executed flawlessly. Every dish was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented; our guests were blown away by the exceptional quality of the cuisine. The service was impeccable and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, attentiveness and genuine dedication to making the day unforgettable were evident throughout the entire celebration. Our family and guests were absolutely captivated and we received countless compliments throughout the evening. The day was everything we dreamed of! A special thank you to Cassidy, our bridal attendant, who went above and beyond to ensure our daughter felt comfortable, relaxed and beautifully cared for on her special day, and to Sarah along with Tom who ensured every detail was executed to perfection on the day of the wedding which allowed us to relax and fully embrace every moment. One of the greatest advantages of choosing this venue was having Sarah oversee every detail; there was no need to hire an outside coordinator because she truly handled it all! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sarah; It was evident that she truly cared about making our daughter's day absolutely perfect. This venue is a true hidden gem. I highly recommend it!

The mansion at woodside is truly the most amazing wedding venue and I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else. The building and grounds are breathtakingly stunning, the food and drinks are incredible, the service is amazing, and the team truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Sarah the maitre D is the best, she is so organized and professional and answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly. She is so kind and really knows what she’s doing to make a wedding run smoothly! Cassidy the bridal attendant was a lifesaver the day of and made sure that I actually got to enjoy my wedding day. She was always right there helping to get me food, drinks, hold my dress, get photos and videos, and literally just anything I could need. Her energy and good vibes helped the day be even more amazing than it already was. My guests are raving about the food and drinks and cocktail hour, as well as the stunning ceremony area. Cannot recommend this venue enough!!!!
