About this venue

The name of Whispering Oaks Chapel was derived from Whispering Oaks Farm located near Malibu, overlooking beautiful rolling hills, surrounded by oak, sycamore, and majestic ash trees. A magical private three-acre ranch setting with lavender and rose gardens and peaceful, picturesque surroundings. We are an inclusive multi-denominational church welcoming couples of all faiths. We officiate marriage ceremonies at our location and can coordinate reception services at one of our partner locations, or couples may organize their own reception. Marriage ceremonies may accommodate up to 80 attendees, while receptions at selected partner locations may accommodate up to 100 attendees.

    Gorgeous venue

    We were looking to have an intimate, garden style wedding and the chapel was perfect. Sheila was wonderful to work with and answered every one of my million questions. She helped us with every detail and was such a rock for us on the day of our wedding. Sandy was a beautiful officiant and our guests loved our ceremony! It was absolutely stunning, we got so many compliments from our guests as well. Hard to believe such a little slice of paradise is just 30 mins from LA, it felt like a different world.
