That said, I wanted an stress-free wedding day, so I decided to shop around and I’m so glad I found Kelli. From the very beginning, Kelli was kind, professional, and immediately understood my concerns and hesitations. She never made me feel pressured and was very transparent about pricing, which was competitive and fair. I especially appreciated that she wasn’t pushy about collecting all the money upfront. I was able to put down a deposit and wait to pay the balance once I knew what my bridesmaids actually wanted (they were very indecisive!). I ended up changing the number of services multiple times, even past the deadline, and Kelli was incredibly accommodating and made everything work without any added stress. I’m an anxious person by nature and was worried I was being annoying with questions and changes, but Kelli was always reassuring. During my trial hair and makeup, she helped me feel confident and we created a solid, realistic game plan for the wedding day, which gave me so much peace of mind. The wedding day itself was completely stress-free and honestly perfect. Everyone finished early, which set such a positive tone for the entire day. Because of that smooth start with the MUSE makeup team, we were able to finish bridal party photos early and get to the ceremony ahead of schedule. Carlos made contact with us regularly, walked us through how to use the Vibo app, worked with our venue coordinators at Crystal Ballroom at the Rice (Alexis Kent), worked with our planners at Whimsical Creative (Jen Molina), had a week-of call to finalize details and asked us all the right questions, listened to all our needs, and gave great suggestions for things that made our night special that never would have even occurred to us! Upon hiring him, he provided the most detailed photography guide I’ve ever received with a myriad of wedding tips so I was already so impressed from the very beginning. Manny both took my bridals and did photography for our wedding. For my bridals, we were looking to do a Spanish vibe and so we planned a location in San Antonio that was colorful and vibrant. The day of, he was quick on his feet to pivot plans when our original location ended up being too crowded, and I actually ended up LOVING our second location even more. During the entire session, he had so many great ideas for poses, and also helped my mom get involved while she helped me with my dress. The shots he took blew me away! The colors, the poses, my dress, the flowers - he captured everything so perfectly! Come wedding day, Manny and his assistant were so on top of every single moment and pose - making sure that we captured all the important moments and the fun little ones in between. He had so many ideas for things to capture and helped my bridal party and family with a variety of poses. My bridal party raved how much they loved Manny and how comfortable he made everyone feel while taking photos. Wherever we were, there was Manny or his assistant making sure they got the shot. We got the sneak peeks a week later and the full set almost two months later and again, I was blown away with all the photos! “Our wedding was at Big Sky Barn on May 7, 2021. We decided on Weddings Unlimited as our wedding vendor for the following services… DJ- Ali Videographer- Jordan Mirror Photo booth- David Special Effects: Gobo, Up lighting, and Dancing on the Clouds Planning team- Amber & Celeste From the beginning of our planning Alex was quick to respond and answered any questions we had throughout. Their DJ app and website portal is easy to navigate, and allow you to easily customize and create our wedding music, photobooth welcome screen, and gobo. My initial music meeting with Amber was thorough, and really helped ease anxiety I had with the ceremony music. Our ceremony music had to be cut, and our niece sang to the instrumental song, and the DJ, Ali, worked with my niece to help execute it perfectly. Ali stuck to our selected playlist which we were really adamant about wanting. The videographer, Jordan, arrived on time and was great! He worked alongside my photographer without any conflict. We just received our 1-minute video teaser and just the 1-minute video is absolutely what we hoped for and cannot wait to see the full video. Amber and Celeste were great throughout the entire process, and the day of the wedding Amber communicated with the groom and I and made sure we didn’t need anything and were enjoying ourselves. The photo booth was a huge hit, and our guests loved it. The attendant, Jordan, was friendly, and helpful with how the photo booth worked.
