She took the time to get to know us, our vision, and our budget, which made our choice easy. I held my rehearsal, wedding, and next day breakfast at the venue, and all events went according to plan with zero issues. They have an amazing staff who truly know what they're doing. A huge thanks to Louie, who is the best bartender (definitely recommend requesting him!). Additionally, both Rylee and Caitlin were incredible and facilitated our days perfectly. As a very Type A person, I couldn't fathom the idea of someone else setting everything up exactly how I wanted, but the team did not disappoint and followed my notes to a T. “From our tour to booking our wedding date, to the countless emails to our tasting and final to our wedding day, the staff at Jumping Brook Country Club exceed our expectations and went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. Jordan, who is the Catering Sales Manager, but was also our point of contact at the venue was so easy to work with, super professional and kind throughout the whole wedding planning process. She went above and beyond and managed to resolve the small hiccups in the beginning of the process. However, Jordan isn't just a catering sales manager, she's your biggest cheerleader throughout your whole wedding process and in the end became a really good friend. The rest of the staff including Lady, the Maitre D' and Diamond, the Bridal Assistant truly made the day of our wedding special. Whenever my bridesmaids and I needed something, Diamond was right there to help us. Throughout the day Lady was there making sure everything ran smoothly and also, most importantly ran us out food from our cocktail hour while we were taking pictures and let me tell you, what a lifesaver as my husband and I were both starving! Truly from our tour to the end of our wedding night, Jumping Brook made our wedding stress free. The staff made sure not only we were taken care of but felt cared for and that was truly special and something we will both take with us and remember from our wedding day. Also, the food (and wine too) are amazing! Compliments to the chef because not only did we have an amazing tasting but everything food wise during our cocktail hour and reception tasted so good! “Blue Heron Pines outdid themselves! From the communication, the food, the venue itself, everything was amazing. Tara was great to work with throughout the time leading up to the wedding and Sarah was very helpful the day of. I even had a personal coordinator (Jeanine) who made sure I always had something to eat and drink and even assisted with pictures by holding the train of my dress and bouquet. She was always there when I needed something, I can’t say enough good things about her! The venue included everything you could think of. Multiple ceremony sites, reception area, amazing food, open bar, dessert room and even included a wedding cake from their chosen bakery!! Even down to the details..tables, chairs, table linens, napkins, center pieces, etc. It made planning less stressful knowing they provided so much! I highly recommend!”

“Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!! “Leading up to the wedding communication with Heidi and Rayna was 10/10. Guest loved the food from the cocktail hour to the reception. Sterling Ballroom at the DoubleTree Tinton Falls

“Thank you Allison (sales/catering director), Jordanna (sales/catering coordinator), Nemo the maitre d, Andrew the front desk at the hotel, and Stephanie of the banquet staff. This wedding was a team effort! I want to thank all of these people for working so hard to make our dream wedding become a reality. Allison was amazing, she responded to all of our emails, our millions of questions, even sometimes in the middle of the night. She even informed us of a promotion to help us save and obtain a complimentary Sundae Scoop station. The food @ Sterling Ballroom was fantastic. We had an elaborate cocktail hour which our guests are still talking about. One of our guests said she “ate her weight” in spanakopita, and multiple guests were commented on both the quantity and quality of the food. Our entrees were delicious(NY strip steak and ginger Salmon), and our guests seemed to enjoy their entrees (above options plus boursin cheese roasted chicken breast). The Sundae Scoop featured an ice cream bar complete with all the sundae toppings and Belgian waffles!! The cake provided through the venue from Chocolate Carousel, was moist and delicious in addition to being stunningly beautiful. We also chose to splurge on the perk-up station which came with coffee, espresso, fun dipping options, and featured a variety of liquors to pair! We only considered venues attached to a hotel. Sterling Ballroom is located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tinton Falls/Eatontown, NJ. We wanted to make sure that our guests had an option to book at the venue so that they could retire to their room whenever they felt the need. In our immediate party we utilized standard rooms, junior suites, the bridal suite (only during day time of the wedding day) and the presidential suite. All of the rooms were newly renovated and attractive. Not only did they look good, but the rooms were well adorned with ample power supplies including usb charging ports. The Presidential suite was a huge selling point. This was an elaborate suite and could sleep up to 6 guests in the room and even had a fireplace! The night before the wedding, my bride-tribe had a sleepover in this suite to make sure we were ready bright and early for our early morning makeovers! At 6:30am, the bridal suite/lounge was ready for us to do our hair and make-up and looked absolutely spectacular. I am a major fan of elaborate chandeliers and the bridal lounge had one! The bridal lounge had 4 salon chairs, several refrigerators for storing food, and also a wine refrigerator. The venue even provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne! One of our girls organized a brunch in the suite, catered by Joe’s Bagels, and there was plenty of space for the whole spread in addition to all of our gear getting ready for the big day! While my ladies were getting ready in the bridal lounge, the groom's squad were getting ready in the Presidential Suite! This was huge because I wanted to make sure that the men had a place to get ready and take good pictures lol! I am a sucker for pretty chandeliers and the Sterling Ballroom had gorgeous chandeliers not only in the main ballroom, but also the event foyer and the cocktail space! The entire team did a wonderful job decorating the entrance area and ballroom. I would recommend this place not just for the beautiful esthetics, but also for the fantastic team that was an honor to work with on our special day!”
