  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Beaverton, OR

Flowers by Alana is a boutique wedding and events floral studio servicing Portland the the Pacific Northwest. With over two decades of floral industry experience, Alana incorporates her vast design and industry expertise and creative talent with her client's vision to bring their dream wedding to reality. Her floral design work is versatile, expanding several styles from lush, romantic and elegant to boho chic, and classic and timeless. Flowers by Alana will design and deliver absolutely stunning wedding flowers to set the mood, style, and tone of the celebration and have the guests saying, "ooohh the flowers are so gorgeous!"

“I truly get teary-eyed thinking about the beautiful flowers that Alana designed for my wedding. As a native-Oregonian who moved away 6 years ago, having locally grown flowers from the soil of my old stomping grounds was so important to me, and Alana went above and beyond to make this happen. She captured the rustic, yet elegant wildflower aesthetic that I was aiming for, incorporating pops of color and greenery that took my breath away. I loved my bouquet reveal too--she stuck around to physically hand me my bouquet and explain the best way to hold it to display the flowers appropriately, and I just love that I have these photos capturing that special moment I got to have with her on my wedding day. She truly is one-of-a-kind, and if you book her, she will take your vision and make it happen. I love you so much Alana! Thank you for being such an amazing part of our special day.”

“We hired Robyn as our wedding florist, and the florals were absolutely stunning, truly elevating the entire day. Recommended by our venue, she knew the space so well. In the planning process, she talked through our vision and how we might achieve it with seasonal flowers (so helpful since we live in California and are not as familiar with OR spring blooms). She shared photos of her past work to help us really picture it. Robyn also used a simple online platform that helped streamline any changes we made to the order, which we continued to do until the wedding day :) Appreciate the flexibility! Thank you, Robyn, for your artistry and professionalism!”

Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
“I was so grateful to have found Jen while going through our flower-picking-process. We got a quote for real flowers to start and it was way out of our budget. When we started looking for 'fake' flowers, I knew I wanted them to look as real as possible. I must have looked at 10 different vendors across CT and MA, and as soon as I saw Wood & Word Blooms website I was sold! Her bouquets are one of a kind, each and every piece was perfect for our wedding. She was so supportive and helpful in the color picking process, I changed my mind a few times but she never batted an eye. She got us to the finish line and we couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence, just go with Jen!”

DAISI & COMPANY.
Rating: 5.0 (17 reviews)

  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Beaverton, OR

My design style is romantic, intentional, and a little unexpected. I love working with movement, texture, unique color palettes, and statement installations to create florals that feel personal to each couple rather than simply following a trend. As a local private studio, I’m able to give each wedding a truly personal experience. I have a heavy background in production and set design - along with a decade of experience in Hawai’i I really just enjoy creating. I am a solo Mama, retired from the Army and the company is named after my Daughter. 🌺 I specialize in tropicals + lei but welcome all style designs

“When I found out that Ryleigh, someone I've known since our military days, had started DAISI & COMPANY, I knew she had to be part of our wedding. She took on all the florals and day-of coordination without hesitation, and she showed up for us in every way. Ryleigh met with us several times and spent hours on the phone working through every detail before the big day arrived. What really stood out was how she tackled problems before we even knew they existed and kept the venue on track to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her flowers were stunning and felt completely personal to us, and the quality was top-notch. I'm so grateful to have had Ryleigh beside us on our special day.”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

PNW born and raised across the states, I have settled and laid some roots in SW Washington with my three year old son. Starting off as an assistant for an incredibly talented flower friend, I quickly became enchanted by the wedding world and the beauty and serenity in floral design. I started Forage and Folk co as an expression and devotion to love stories. When I am not flowering I am typically on a walk with my son or baking him something sweet.

“I couldn't have been happier with the florals from Forage and Folk and the whole experience working with her was a dream from start to finish. Ash was so great with communication and listening to my vision and her execution couldnt have been better. These flowers were perfect in every way and made me so so happy. She came to our location and arranged them herself and I was amazed at her talent and thoughtfulness in creating each piece. They were truly beautiful and I felt like I barely lifted a finger at all, she just delivered in every way! I would hire her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone having a wedding, elopement or event and need florals. She is quite simply the best : )Thank you Ash!”

“We hired Paula and Samantha pretty down to the wire of our wedding, but they immediately jumped in! We contacted them on Friday, and they had our proposal ready by Monday! Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!”

Rachael Meader is a full-service florist and designer who transforms a passion for flowers and years of experience into artful, one-of-a-kind creations. Her work is often described as romantic, lush, and organic, blending classic elegance with distinctive, carefully sourced blooms. Inspired by the beauty of nature, she approaches each event as a fresh canvas, crafting designs that are uniquely tailored to the occasion. From intimate weddings to grand, multi-day celebrations, Rachael specializes in bringing floral visions to life with creativity, intention, and a touch of the unexpected.

Awarded Best of Zola
“We were so happy with the florals Rachel created for our wedding — they were perfectly in line with the vision, beautiful, and truly elevated the entire day. The value was strong, and she brought a lot of creative problem solving to the table. As a bride aiming for a modern classic vibe, I especially appreciated how Rachel has her finger on the pulse of current floral trends and contemporary approaches. A couple of notes for future couples: Rachel is firm on her timelines, so make sure you’re aware of her deadlines and plan accordingly. We had a miscommunication with our planner around the one-month mark, which caused some stress, but Rachel still worked with us to find a solution. Similarly, when it comes to specific design elements (like installation sizes), I’d recommend leaning into visual mocks and over-communicating to avoid surprises. Rachel is happy to provide them, and it’s worth confirming every detail if something is particularly important to you. All in all, Rachel is a very talented florist who really delivers. She knows what she’s doing, she’s deeply creative, and she’ll deliver a final product that is both stunning and thoughtful. We were thrilled with our flowers and so glad we chose her.”
