“We were so glad we found Meadow Brook Inn! It checked off all of the boxes for us AND the staff were awesome to work with. We dreamt of having our ceremony outdoors in nature and despite a little bit of rain, the MBI team made sure our dreams came true. Marisa was communicative throughout the process and guided us through our ceremony rehearsal. Our guests raved about the appetizers and desserts and over all we had a joyful experience. The ceremony space was so peaceful, the lawn is elegant and charming, and the reception hall, lounge, and bar are all spacious and comfortable. We were able to come in the day before to decorate before our rehearsal and add our own personal touch the the venue. I am so grateful we found MBI and that we were able to host our wedding here :) Thank you Marisa, Gabe, Brian, and to the whole MBI team for making this once in a lifetime celebration so special for all of us!”

Hailee, who manages the venue, was a true powerhouse - she had a smile on her face the entire night and it was clear she loves what she does. The staff was equally as great, ensuring the whole planning process was a breeze and our special day could not have been more perfect. The quality of their work and value was stunning - the venue was beautifully managed, the food was incredible, and they had amazing in-house vendors that provided great service. We are located alongside beautiful Cook Pond and our downstairs room, The Killarney Room with a capacity of 250 guests, has outside patio access, a gazebo, and a beautiful view overlooking the pond. Our upstairs Laurel Room has a capacity of 100 guests, a small outside balcony area, and also a beautiful view. All of our banquet menus and venue setups are very flexible to customization, and we strive for each family to enjoy their special day. “Harbor lights was everything we could have asked for when it came to our wedding day! Julia was fabulous to work with and was very responsive and patient with all of our needs and questions. She was always quick to help or give her professional opinion and never once made me (the bride) feel like any question was too small or silly. Everything about our day ran smoothly and everything turned out STUNNING! The one hitch to our day (an agitated golfer) was promptly taken care of and corrected by management. Since our wedding, guests have told us they are still thinking about how beautiful harbor lights is and how amazing our wedding was. My husband and I could not recommend harbor lights enough!”
