“Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

Sara was incredibly respectful and professional with all guests and vendors, yet she kept it real in a way that made me feel totally comfortable to share any worries or thoughts I needed to talk through at any time. She made herself available for communication whenever I needed it, and talking to her truly felt like talking to a close friend—I always felt heard, supported, and like she genuinely cared about making our vision come to life. I knew she would step in and defend our vision no matter what. On the day of the wedding, Sara was beyond prepared. She anticipated every need before I even thought of it, and it was clear that she was completely dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly. I will always look back on the day with a laugh as I picture Sara saving my dress with her Tide-to-Go pen, among other last-minute necessities she had packed. Sara’s attention to detail was incredible. She went above and beyond by transporting decor to and from various locations and found ways to make everything more convenient for us, so we didn’t have to lift a finger or stress about anything. Everything stayed so organized. Thanks to Sara, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day without a single worry. Any potential anxiety I had that month was immediately eased, because I knew Sara had it all under control. She took care of every possible roadblock with such grace and efficiency that I didn’t even know there was a potential issue unless she absolutely needed to inform me. She handled everything exactly how I would have wanted, without ever involving me unnecessarily. What I will always remember about Sara is not just her professionalism and reliability, but the kindness, humor, and calming presence she brought to everything she did. We initially connected at White Dress off the Rack and she helped me find my dream dress! Even though my husband and I decided to do the month of coordinator package, Monique offered help well before the month of the big day. She was always very responsive to my many emails or texts and helpful when I had a question or a concern with a vendor or needed recommendations. She kept me and my husband organized with what we needed to get done and helped us curate a day-of timeline that fit with what we wanted for our wedding day. She maintained clear communication between me and all the vendors about every detail leading up to the day. She also assisted with our rehearsal the night before and of course, became the spokesperson for all things timeline, details, where to go, etc. on the day of the wedding. Since she’s been in this industry for so long, she has tons of contacts and good relationships with some of the best vendors from Milwaukee for your special day. Also, my other vendors from the day couldn’t say enough good things about Monique, especially her organization and communications skills, a vital part of a very hectic day!
