“We are so grateful to the entire team at Melhorn Manor for making our wedding day happen!! It's hard to even know where to begin - from start to finish, every detail of the day was magical thanks to the team's hard work and expertise. When my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we toured plenty of venues, but we knew right away that Melhorn Manor was different in the best way. We were used to being rushed through other venue tours, dismissed because our wedding wasn't big enough, and generally being made to feel more like dollar signs than excited newlyweds-to-be. But our experience at Melhorn Manor couldn't have been further from this - we met Allory for the tour, and before we took a step through the property, he took the time to introduce himself and the Melhorn family and to share the lovely story of how Melhorn Manor came about. We didn't feel rushed or pressured like we had at other venues, and Allory really took the time to understand our vision for our big day and help us imagine it around the property. We left that day glowing and feeling sure that "this is the one!" And how right we were!! We really can't say enough positive things about our wedding day. Getting ready in the amazing bridal suite and Groom's room was such a fun and special way to kick off the day. As the ceremony approached, it was so clear that the team was all working so hard to make sure all the decor was set up, every detail was thought through, and every moment went off without a hitch. What a special and humbling feeling it is to have so many people invested in making your special day as magical and memorable as you've always hoped it would be - it's impossible to express the depth of our gratitude. Our wedding day was quite a rainy one, but the Melhorn team had a plan for everything. Melhorn Manor had the most robust rain plan of any venue we toured: some venues' plans had felt more like an afterthought, while Melhorn offers an entirely separate building that can be used for the ceremony in inclement weather. It was such a huge relief to feel like we didn't have to worry about adjusting every detail on the fly, and to go into our rainy wedding day knowing that, regardless of the weather, it would be just as beautiful and special as we always imagined. We had and continue to have SO many of our guests, both on the wedding night and afterwards, tell us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. So many glowing comments about the beautiful venue, the fun had on the dance floor, the amazing and kind staff, and all of the countless details that go into making the day memorable. We couldn't agree more that Melhorn Manor was the perfect backdrop for our special day, and we have the incredible team to thank for all the hard work, attention to detail, and love that went into making this the wedding of our dreams. We, and our families and loved ones, will truly cherish the memory of this day for a lifetime. We are so grateful to have had the absolute joy of working with Allory, Jess, and the entire Melhorn Manor team. They were enthusiastic, thoughtful, kind, and so organized at every step of the way. We can't imagine what our special day would have looked like anywhere other than Melhorn Manor - what an amazing place that will hold a special place in our hearts forever. We simply can't thank the entire staff enough!!”

“The Stone Mill 1792 is an absolutely lovely venue. From the staff to the grounds, I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to get married at. “Drumore was one of the first venues we visited. After visiting several others, our hearts and minds kept going back to Drumore. It just felt right. We got married in July on a hot, summer Sunday, Drumore Estate was not only a stunning backdrop for our forever, but also, Marnie and the rest of the Drumore staff really are the dream team! They got us from start to finish with tons of support and stellar service every step of the way! It was incredible to see a list of notes come to life on our beautiful wedding day. Everything was picture perfect, on time, and just the way we imagined. No one even noticed the little issues, because Marnie and her team would ensure everything remained smooth. The staff was always incredibly excited, even when dealing with the stickier details. Thank you so much for everything you did—not just for us, but for our family and friends. Thank you for your patience and your kindness. If we had to do it again, we'd choose Drumore Estate every time. You all are the absolute best!!! Side note for couples looking for budget info: We felt that Drumore had a really great pricing structure/package as compared to other venues. There wasn't really any guesswork into how much the offerings would cost. The venue is based on dates and guests and then everything else is more or less a la carte, which offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for any budget”

“My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!”

“From the moment we pulled into The Barn at Silverstone, we knew we had found something special. In fact, it was the first and only venue we toured for our May 9, 2026 wedding because we immediately fell in love with the property, the atmosphere, and most importantly, Miranda. There was never a reason to look anywhere else. What makes our story even crazier is that my now wife and I had actually stumbled across The Barn at Silverstone years earlier — probably during our second or third year dating. We randomly came across the venue online and talked about how beautiful it would be to get married there someday. Fast forward about five years later… after we had already officially booked the venue, an old Snapchat text memory resurfaced showing the exact conversation about Silverstone from years before. It honestly felt meant to be. Out of all the venues out there, we somehow ended up getting married at the one we casually dreamed about years earlier without even realizing it at the time. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are pristine, the barn is timeless and elegant without feeling overly rustic, and every single corner of the property photographs beautifully. Our guests are still talking about how stunning everything was and how peaceful and welcoming the entire setting felt. It somehow manages to feel both upscale and incredibly warm at the same time. But what truly sets this venue apart is Miranda. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Miranda made the entire experience feel effortless. Her communication, organization, professionalism, and calm demeanor are second to none. She genuinely cares about her couples and treats your wedding day like it matters just as much to her as it does to you. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was thought through, and every concern was handled before it could even become stressful. On the wedding day itself, Miranda was an absolute rockstar behind the scenes. Everything flowed seamlessly, timelines stayed on track, vendors were coordinated perfectly, and Victoria and I were actually able to enjoy the day because we knew we were in great hands. That level of trust is priceless on your wedding day. What impressed us most was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like “just another wedding.” Miranda made us feel valued, supported, and celebrated throughout the entire process. That’s rare. If you’re considering wedding venues in Lancaster County, stop searching and book The Barn at Silverstone. Truly. We cannot imagine having gotten married anywhere else. Miranda helped create one of the best days of our lives, and for that, we’ll always be grateful.”

“We got married at Honeysuckle Ridge in June 2026 and absolutely loved it! Ron was easy to work with and very accommodating, allowing us to use the venue for a welcome party the night before the wedding (with insurance required, of course). He was also willing to help coordinate A/C delivery and set up with an outside vendor when we were concerned about heat, but we didn’t end up needing it with the fans on and barn doors open. We loved having the option to set up for 2 days before our wedding, and the barn itself was so beautiful with the lighting, and the nearby pond and wooded areas. All our guests loved it, and out of towners enjoyed seeing the fireflies and frogs. There was a thunderstorm at the perfect time, right when everyone was sitting down for dinner, and it was fun hearing the rain on the metal roof and watching the wind rolling on the fields. Know that there isn’t a kitchen on site, so your caterer will need to be able to prepare the food before arriving. There’s a great bar set up, and the patio area is a perfect place for guests to take a break from dancing. Can’t be beat for the price and everything it comes with!”

“Landis Valley Farm & Museum was the absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception! We knew when we were looking at venues that we wanted it in a barn setting and for the place to have a laid-back, fun, and casual feel. Landis was exactly that and more! Not only is the site maintained with the utmost care, but every building at the farm is so exquisitely quaint and beautifully rustic. Such a gorgeous place as a whole, especially for pictures during our big day. We knew during our very first meeting with Katelyn, our venue coordinator, that we were in good hands. Katelyn was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and available by email at what seemed like the drop of a hat for all of our questions, big or small, leading up to our day. She was extremely organized and clear on expectations of what we should anticipate in having an event here. Like for example, making it clear from the day we scoped out the venue that it is an a la carte type venue, and we would be responsible for reaching out to all vendors that we would want to hire. She did provide a list of vendors that past weddings had used, which was extremely helpful, and we were lucky to find a few from that list, along with the others that we researched on our own. Katelyn’s attentiveness even the week of our wedding was so comforting. Along with our day of coordinator (that we hired from Fancy Peacock), Katelyn assisted in executing a check-in schedule for all of our vendors the day of, and everything went so smoothly! Landis does provide two attendants, one during the day and one night, who oversee the property - thanks, Dave and Elliot! Overall, if you don’t mind some DIY, and finding most vendors on your own like my husband and I, Landis makes for a dream come true wedding venue!”

“Historic Ashland was the perfect venue for our April wedding! From the moment we toured the property, we fell in love with the atmosphere and potential it offered for our wedding day. Leah and her entire team were quick to respond and schedule showings, answer questions through the planning process, and they executed our ceremony and reception perfectly. Amanda was our Day of Coordinator and was someone we could fully trust to keep the day running smoothly. “I can't say enough about the Osbornia Farm team! They were truly amazing! From the moment we booked with them until the night our wedding ended they were so thorough and organized with everything. Shauna and Amy helped make our wedding day run so smooth and planned every little detail for us. Not only did they plan the schedule and details, they took into consideration of everything we said. Amy went above and beyond with helping us set up the church ceremony and then running the rehearsal. Shauna went above and beyond with coordinating with all the vendors before hand and during the wedding. Together, they were both amazing making sure the reception went smoothly. When I became stressed over little things they assured me it would be fine. And it was :) I truly feel the day went so smoothly and perfect because of them. The whole Family is so sweet and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality. We had so much fun and wish we could do it again :). Thank you! “We had the BEST experience with having our wedding here. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and there are so many great options for ceremony spaces. It is also the perfect venue for any type of weather - rain or shine there is no stressing about your wedding day. The getting ready bridal suite was so spacious and beautiful. Dawn and Brian are the nicest people and their staff was exceptional. Having the “prop shop” is such a plus - we live out of state and didn’t have to worry about buying and bringing in all of our decor and furniture because it is all there for you! This venue is so organized with the planning process and know exactly how to make your day run smoothly. Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the property and landscaping was. Having their preferred vendors list was also so nice because each vendor already knew how to best set up for the space. Communication with each person at this venue is prompt and they truly want to help you make your day happen the way you want it to. I am so grateful we chose to get married at Stoltzfus and HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone considering. Best choice we made!!”

“First, I want to start off by saying I wrote this entire review and then accidentally deleted it - but I am re-writing the review because I loved the Booking House that much!!!!! My wife and I got married here almost three months ago and we had the most amazing experience. It was the very first wedding venue we toured and we were instantly in love: from the beautiful chandeliers, the large getting ready rooms for both wedding parties, the exposed brick, having the entire venue to yourself, etc - it was stunning and we knew we wanted to get married here! Our main point of contact was Brittany, who was amazing to work with. She was so responsive, had great ideas, and made the whole process so enjoyable and easy. She also provided a list of "suggested vendors" (we booked the majority of their suggested vendors with the exception of hair/makeup, florals, and photography), and their recommendations were 10/10. We also hired the Booking House's bartending team and Day of Coordinating team, which we definitely recommend. Our Day of Coordinator, Aalea, was the absolute best!!! She made sure our drinks were always full, she always had a smile on her face, she hustled around to make sure everything was perfect, packed up everything for us, etc - we literally did not worry about ONE SINGLE THING on our wedding day because we knew we had the best team on our side. Lastly, we had a longer engagement and we were booked at the Booking House for almost 2 years before our wedding. Throughout those 2 years, we went to their Open House and a “signature cocktail” event, which was SO helpful! Not sure if other venues have a “Signature cocktail” event also, but it helped make our day so special as we had unique cocktails on our bar menu. If you're thinking about having your wedding/special event here, pay your deposit and get to planning!!! You won't regret it.”
