“Abby and her team at Copper Blossom Events was hands down the best money we spent on our big day! She was an invaluable resource that alleviated most of the stress surrounding coordination and planning leading up to and on the big day. She asked great questions and really understood our vision and goals for the day. She took the brunt of communicating with vendors and managing any issues that arose. She realized before I did that I didn’t have my vow book during the ceremony and when I turned to say something about it, there she was handing it to me. And to top it all off, it poured rain on our wedding day but thanks to her and her team, it barely affected anything. “Sarah and Alden were absolutely amazing throughout our wedding planning process. From the moment we met from our first meeting we knew they would help guide us in the right direction. Please read this review if you’re in the fence with hiring a wedding coordinator/travel agent, it was the best decision we made. First helping narrowing which resort was best for us (showing PowerPoints of different resort options) always keeping our top priorities in mind. We talked over our aesthetics, location, peak season, cost to us, cost to our guest! All of our wants and needs were carefully sorted through the thousands of resorts and also considering which resort had a reliable wedding department! we tried this on our own but once we met Sarah and Alden we knew they knew so much about the industry and we didn’t and after the first meeting hired them. From that point forward we would meet for zoom meetings to help us decided what was a priority that month and target deadlines for forms, vendors, and information. Then once we chose our resort they helped coordinate directly with the wedding department (I never once emailed the wedding department) Sarah helped take care of all of that! Then helping direct us with venders that they vet in advance to help us have the best people on our team. They saved us so much money with the fine print and details of room block contracts that I would have been clueless on without them. On top of all the wedding assistance they also navigated booking all our guest, keeping track of head count, cancels, my families twenty questions, and transport! This was a life saver having them to direct my family to! When we finally had the meeting 3 weeks out from the wedding with the wedding department even the resort coordinator was impressed at how organized we were and everything was fully ready to go. Sarah was a huge help with making sure I stayed on track each month! Then the wedding week/day came and it all went off with a bang! Everyone was on time, all details were perfect and there was hardly any flaws. On top of wedding planning they also helped book our boat day excursion! They even helped us cancel one that didn’t have everything we wanted and found us a better company and price. This ended up being the best day of the trip and so glad we did it! Lastly, they also helped coordinate booking our honeymoon, transport, and excursions! This was so nice to just be hands off for once and have someone help us with all the planning! Once we got there we had a sweet note from them with flowers across our entire bed! So sweet. Hands down I would book them a thousand times over again!! They are an amazing couple and truly cares about your wedding day and makes you feel heard and seen the whole way.”

“Let me start off by saying everyone needs a Bailey in their life! From the get Codi was amazing answering all my questions and detailing exactly what I should expect. When the torch got passed to Bailey to be my lead let me tell you she was there supporting me every step of the way! I would lay in bed at night and think of things text her and she would respond right back. She supported me through every decision! We had some weather on our wedding day which is rare in Arizona but Bailey made my ceremony happen and pushed for me to have my ceremony outside, which turned out to be amazing to say the least. They took all my ideas I put together and made mt dream day come true!! Bailey took over all the vendor communications 6 weeks prior to our big day and that was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I am telling you these ladies busted their rears to support me and make my day special and flow. The set up was just perfect all the girls were so sweet and accommodating in the wedding day! “5 STARS!!! AMAZING. I recently had a small outdoor wedding in Cave Creek, AZ, with about 65 guests. I could not have asked for a better experience thanks to Sage & Lace Weddings. McKenna was my point of contact & she handled every aspect of the event flawlessly, from setting up the venue to coordinating with vendors. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were outstanding. Sage & Lace Weddings took care of invitations, tables, photography, food, dessert, and made sure we had a well-stocked bar (which was a priority for us!). Everything flowed smoothly, and she was always available to address any crazy last-minute requests (seating changes). “Encore Events was fabulous at getting my husband and I comfortable to perform at our sangeet. They led an instructional at our sangeet for people unfamiliar with Bollywood dancing and it was the highlight of the night! Very flexible, efficient with time, and patient. Fun to work with and made even people who were uncomfortable dancing feel like superstars. They were very flexible with our timing, patient, and regularly checked in on our progress through our choreography. We went from complete beginners to feeling very comfortable dancing at the Sangeet, even to unchoreographed songs. The group even provided impromptu instructional for non-dancers at the event was the highlight of the evening.”

Even though it was only a day-of package, she showed up with the level of care, attention, and dedication you’d expect from a full-service planner. When my event rental company only dropped off the chairs, Charity was the one who stepped in and set them all up for the ceremony, without a hint of hesitation. She also gathered all of my décor totes from our Airbnb and completely handled the setup for both the ceremony and the reception. Every detail was thoughtfully placed and exactly how I imagined it.
