“We hired Intrinsic Groove to perform at our wedding in April 2026 and it was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. We watched a lot of videos and felt confident they were going to be great, but they far exceeded our expectations. They were high energy, crowd engaging, phenomenal performers who met the vibe every single time. Vocals were KILLER. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and I credit a lot of that to the energy the band brought. On top of a killer reception, they also did incredible ceremony and cocktail hour music that made everything flow harmoniously. You just can’t beat a killer band for your wedding, worth every penny! Highly recommend “Like a Prayer” by Madonna to get all generations singing along!! Photo Credit to our epic photographer, Victoria of An Endless Pursuit”

“I don’t even know where to start — the communication, how they catered to us, they even helped with our timeline. If you’re questioning which band to go with, DON’T. I’ve probably said it 25 times already, and I’ll scream it from the rooftops: I would spend all the money in the world to have Downbeat Louisiana play at our wedding again. Our guests even talked my mom into paying for an extra hour because no one wanted to leave. Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough!”

“We cannot say enough great things about booking The Lone Rangers with Sam Hill Entertainment. Booking them for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! From the very first song to the last, they kept the energy high and the dance floor packed. Nearly every guest was on the dance floor at one point during the night, and they truly kept the party going. My new father-in-law was, and is still, talking about how amazing the band was. They completely brought the reception to life. Leading up to the wedding, the band leader, Nate, was incredibly communicative and easy to work with, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, they were phenomenal across the board. The piano music during our ceremony was beautiful and set the perfect tone, and they did an excellent job MC-ing the reception. One of our favorite moments was how engaged the female singer was with the crowd. She brought so much fun energy and made a point to involve many of the kids and teenagers throughout the night, which was such a hit and made everyone feel included. It added an extra layer of joy and made the celebration even more memorable. Working with Sam Hill Entertainment was a pleasure and they make the process of booking a great band for your wedding very straightforward and smooth!”

The music, the energy, the flow it was all perfection. You handled everything seamlessly: ceremony music, our officiant’s mic, the uplighting throughout the venue (which meant so much to us), and the overall pacing of the night. Every transition felt intentional and effortless, and our guests felt it. Randi — you are truly something special. From our very first conversation, you were thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting to know us as a couple. Your guidance on music flow and how to get people on the dance floor was spot-on, and your voice… unreal. We are still getting messages from guests telling us how incredible the music was. “We can’t say enough about how incredible our wedding was—thanks in large part to Sunny Side Band! They provided music for our ceremony, Second Line parade, and reception, and absolutely exceeded our expectations at every turn. We loved their energy and vibe when researching bands and immediately hired them after watching their videos. Rob, the band leader, was a pleasure to work with—professional, organized, and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. Sunny Side even learned and performed our first dance song, which they had never played before, and it was perfect. Our guests raved about the lively New Orleans jazz music, feeling like they were at a private concert. One of the highlights of the night was the Second Line parade—watching our guests follow the band with huge smiles was pure magic. We’re already looking forward to the next event where we can bring these talented musicians back. Thank you, Sunny Side, for making our celebration unforgettable!”
