Mohican Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Serves Fultonville, NY

As a wedding floral designer, I am passionate about crafting unique arrangements that capture each couple's unique love story. I find great joy in transforming visions into beautiful realities, making their special day unforgettable.

Mohican Flowers was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, their communication was clear and consistent--they made the entire process seamless. When it came to the quality of their work, it was truly exceptional. The bouquets and arch they created were not only beautiful, but also showed a level of thoughtfulness and professionalism that exceeded our expectations. We gave them very little to work with in terms of direction (only the color of the bridesmaids dresses), and they were still able to arrange everything perfectly to complement our wedding day. We couldn't have been happier with Mohican Flowers and highly recommend them to any couple planning their special day!

We also tell stories through flowers with a flower truck (the first in Rensselaer County) and bouquet subscription. Awarded Best of Zola
We worked with Liz at Breezy Hill Blooms, and I am so thankful I found her on Instagram while planning our wedding. From our very first conversation, Liz completely understood my vision and brought both expertise and collaboration to the process. She was incredibly open, communicative, and detail oriented. The day before the wedding, she even texted me photos of the bouquets so I could provide feedback before she wrapped them. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much. Every floral detail was perfect. I am still completely obsessed with my bouquet, which featured simple white and light pink blooms that felt timeless and romantic. The bridesmaids’ bouquets incorporated more color and were equally beautiful. Liz also created a stunning fireplace installation that served as the backdrop for our winter ceremony, and it truly transformed the space into something magical. In addition to her creativity and professionalism, Liz worked thoughtfully within our floral budget. She was transparent, strategic, and helped us prioritize where to invest for maximum impact without ever making us feel limited. We felt like we received incredible value for the quality and artistry she delivered. I cannot recommend Breezy Hill Blooms enough. Liz is talented, collaborative, and an absolute joy to work with.

Twin Dahlias
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Serves Fultonville, NY

We are Morgan and Taylor, identical twin wedding florists based just outside of Albany NY! We started Twin Dahlias in 2019 when we felt a calling to reconnect with nature, its beauty and the magical moments it creates. So, we dug right in! We love connecting with each of our couples, collaborating on a beautiful vision and bringing it to life on your wedding day. Some of our favorite things: Big bouquets, flower crowns and dogs (please let us make a flower collar for your puppy).

Working with Twin Dahlias was truly a highlight of our wedding planning process. We shared a few inspo photos but trusted the professionals to bring it to life and they did all that and more. During our design meetings they worked with us to really visualize how our centerpieces would look and took the consideration to help make sure the heights of our arbor would work with our height differences! Not only are they great to work with but the flowers themselves were so beautiful and it was clear they took time and care to make the most perfect arrangements.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.8 (100 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Fultonville, NY

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
This is the second time I’ve ordered from Flower Moxie, and they did not disappoint. My first order, for my wedding, was absolutely flawless. My second order, for my baby shower, was nearly perfect—only one type of flower arrived damaged. Thankfully, Liz was on top of it. She responded promptly, handled the situation professionally, and made things right. I really appreciated her excellent customer service. Overall, I had another great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Flower Moxie again - the flowers stayed fresh for about a week after the event as well! Thank you to the team and props to Liz for amazing customer service!

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Fultonville, NY

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!

Choosing Eliza and her team at Boom and Bloom was one of the single best decisions we made for our wedding. Florals play such a defining role in shaping an aesthetic, transforming a simple concept into a breathtaking reality, and from the moment we had our first call with Eliza I knew there was no other option. Her warmth, creative vision, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. Throughout the planning process, Eliza went above and beyond to ensure every detail aligned with our vision. She thoughtfully created, and then refined, our mood board several times, already going above and beyond, checking in with me regularly and making adjustments with incredible care. One of the most meaningful touches was her designing special arrangements to honor both of my grandmothers on our memorial table. That level of sensitivity and intention truly set her apart. Every floral element from the aisle arrangements and ceremony arch to the centerpieces was executed flawlessly. Eliza didn’t just provide florals; she curated an entire aesthetic. She styled our table scapes and incorporated candles and uplighting that matched our dark and moody, romantic vibe to perfection. The results were nothing short of stunning. On the wedding day, Boom and Bloom handled everything seamlessly, from setup to take-down, with the added care of using sustainably sourced and recycled greenery and florals. The overall atmosphere was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined, and it’s all thanks to Eliza’s artistry, professionalism, and heart.
