“We absolutely loved having our wedding at Full Moon Resort. From the moment we arrived we were received with such warmth and welcome that we knew this was the place for our wedding. With enough place to stay on site for all of our guests we were able to have our dream wedding that felt like a two day adult campground. We loved being able to have people within walking distance of all the activities and not have to worry about transportation for our guests. The grounds are absolutely perfect for a wedding and the event team and the front desk run the whole place like a well oiled machine. Absolutely amazing that they have delicious catering on site and many different options for the wedding ceremony in case of bad weather so there is nothing for the bride to worry about on the day of her wedding. The event team and front desk were able to help us plan the whole wedding weekend and ensure that we did not have any issues coordinating with the venders on the actual day of the wedding which was such a relief or any issues with guest information. The vendor list was also extremely comprehensive and ensured that we only selected the best vendors for our wedding. Our guests didn't want to leave at the end of the weekend and they made us want to get married all over again. “Thank you Blenheim Hill Farm for helping orchestrate an absolutely magical wedding weekend for us. Our wedding was truly a fairytale dream come true. The venue itself is breathtaking. The whole farmland was ours for the weekend. I enjoyed morning runs, evening strolls, outdoor yoga, and quality time with the farm animals. There are so many beautiful spots for photos and spaces to find calm. The ceremony takes place with a pond view in the background. The reception is inside a rustic, inviting barn with plenty of space to dance the night away, which we did! The food is incredible. Everything is plated elegantly, like a Michelin star rated restaurant. Our guests enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the desserts. They are also great at catering to any and all dietary restrictions. We had a fully vegan/vegetarian wedding, and it was delicious even for the meat lovers! The staff is exceptional. We felt so cared for and supported throughout our wedding weekend. There was always someone there to answer our questions, and everything fell into place so smoothly. We truly felt the care that went into every moment, both big and small. Financially, it is an investment, and the small add-ons do add up. “I've been shooting weddings at Mountainville Manor house since Lauren Abramo and team first started bringing their magic touch to renovate the venue. Since then I have shot number weddings there. Each one has gone off without a hitch, with the back end working smoothy to produce a flawless event for the guests. One of the bet things as a vendor is how they look out for us. I never have to beg for a glass of water. We are always fed on time with the food is hot! (That never happens.) If the treat the vendors as well as they do, you can only imagine how they cater to the bride and groom. “Our wedding at the Bird and Bottle Inn was better than I could have imagined. Stefania was a dream to work with. She was quick to answer questions, no matter how big or small. She was upfront in her communication. She was totally grounding and easy to talk to, especially on the day. But most of all, she made us feel like our day was important and special. The food was 10/10. Guests are still talking about our food four months later. Everything was delicious and HOT! It was remarkable that each plate had hot food that had to come from the kitchen to the tent. It felt like a seated meal at a 5 star restaurant. All food allergies were taken into account. People with allergies were still able to have a delicious meal where they didn't have to worry. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff. They were passionate about good service. Each table remarked on how kind, professional, and knowledgeable their waiter was. Like Stefania, they made us feel like our day was special and unique, not just another event they were working. The grounds and rooms are stunning and comfortable. It rained on our day and staff were able to quickly turn around and make sure our ceremony in the tent was beautiful. We didn't even care that it rained because the ceremony was still wonderful. Perhaps the highest compliment is that our guests are recommending the Bird and Bottle to their friends for their wedding. I can't say enough good things about this venue. “We designated Springhill Suites for the wedding block accommodations. The team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. They even provided signage for the events which coordinated with the wedding invitations. We rented the meeting room for the entire weekend and decorated it for both the bride and grooms families to gather. We utilized it to both welcome our guests on Friday and share breakfast and farewells on Sunday. In addition, we closed off half the room for the groomsmen to prepare on Saturday. The after party took place there as well. I feel the staff and accommodations really set the tone for a wonderful weekend of shared experiences for both families.”

“Bear Mountain Inn was the only venue we toured and booked it immediately for our wedding September 2025. Many reasons made us confident in booking BMI, which includes the sentimental value for us and our guests, the stunning Bear Mountain State Park, the gorgeous Lodge. She was super reliable for us to reach and transparent in communications. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and honestly miss her presence in our lives. I would visit BMI from time to time prior to the wedding and run into Tracey on the grounds, she would always pause to talk to me and catch up. The day of the Wedding, Tracey was on point! She handled the day so well, we didn't even need a day of coordinator! I don't know how she does it all, but I am eternally grateful she was there through it all for us. Now I would like to move onto the BMI itself! Our rehearsal dinner was in the Merry Go Round, I mean it was such a great way to kick off our Wedding Weekend. So magical and pretty. Also guests got to ride the Merry Go Round, which was a top tier memory of ours. We got married in the Perkins Ballroom & Harriman Ballroom in the Main Lodge. The space is so unique. I would tip upcoming couples to consider lighting options because it really does transform the space into anything you desire. Now the food, one word incredible. Highly suggest visiting their restaurant 1915, the chef and team cater the wedding. I could not be happier with how well it all turned out!”

They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our fluctuating guest list. The venue itself was beautiful and clean, providing the perfect backdrop for our rehearsal dinner. The catering from their recommended vendor, The Daily Beacon, served up delicious wood-fired pizza that our guests raved about. And of course, the beer selection from Hudson Valley Brewery was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate. Highly recommended!”
