“My daughter had the most majestic wedding at The Vineyard at High Holly this year! We chose to use Lesley as our wedding planner and it was the best decision ever besides the choice to have it at the vineyard itself! Since we were living in Florida at the time, we had to do the majority of the planning meetings via zoom with Lesley, and it truly worked out very well with our schedules. Lesley was so great at giving us amazing and unique suggestions for the wedding so that my daughter’s wedding would have the one of a kind uniqueness that every bride to be wants! As my daughter was looking for a garden themed wedding, Lesley came up with amazing ideas that complimented the theme, like having colorful umbrellas for the audience, which turned out to be super helpful since it provided shade as well as protection from the sprinkling of lucky rain that graced us all! But truly, from helping us find an incredible florist, to helping create a beautiful and personalized table scape to the overall unique floor layout, to finding us a DJ that specifically met our needs, Lesley helped to give my daughter a gorgeous wedding experience that was one of a kind and highly personalized. As a note though, the setting of The Vineyard at High Holly is truly breathtaking just by itself, so even if one did not want to add on extras it would still be gorgeous. One of the highlights of the wedding in which Lesley coordinated, was the arrival of a marvelously well behaved family of Llamas that stood as decoration during the ceremony and then provided incredible opportunities for photos during cocktail hour, it was like a fairytale!!! Let us not forget the incredible food though.. They have a chef that does a phenomenal menu of literally anything in the world you could think of… and the quality of the food is absolutely exquisite! Lesley and her amazing chef met with us together on zoom for quite a while talking about all the options to choose from and were able to give us everything we wanted and worked hard to make sure it was within our budget too! The day of the wedding Lesley went from already being amazing in helping us to plan everything but becoming literally superhuman in making sure each and every detail was taken care of. There was always a golf cart arriving whenever anyone needed to be taken anywhere readily available and Lesley would pop in to make sure we had everything we needed frequently during the day. In fact, she even hemmed my husband’s pants at the last minute- god bless her!!! I don’t know how she does it, but she manages to do about fifteen things at once and still do them all well… and she truly does care and wants the experience to be everything you have dreamed of and more, and will go ten extra miles to make sure that it happens. If you are looking to have the most unforgettable experience of a lifetime and also want it to be a retreat for your guests, The Vineyard at High Holly is the perfect place to make it all happen!”

“The property is so beautiful! My wedding was April 11 so there wasn’t really any leaves on the trees yet but the view of the mountains they have is so great you don’t really need them. It was fun getting to stay for a four day weekend and enjoy time with everyone on more than just the wedding day! We were able to do the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing all outside at this venue which was what was most important to me. We rented golf carts which was very useful because of how the property is split up by a hill.”

“We got married at Bent Creek Lodge on 8/6/22 and rented out the whole lodge and the Luhn house for ourselves and our guests for the weekend. It was extra special that we were able to get married here, because we actually stayed here the weekend we got engaged as well! It meant so much that we were able to return and share the experience with our loved ones. I am not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the most magical weekends of our lives, and it would not have been possible without Randy, Linda, and the rest of the amazing Bent Creek Lodge crew! The all-inclusive wedding package made it so insanely easy for us to have a top-tier wedding with minimal fuss and headaches on our part. We had our venue, lodging for all of our guests, officiant, catering, cake, beer and wine, and flowers all in a one-stop shop which made everything so much easier. The only things we chose to coordinate with outside vendors was the photography, DJ, and hair and makeup. Randy and his crew handled everything else, and they did an excellent job on all of it. All of the food was incredible, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our guests with special dietary needs. The flowers and cake were beautiful, and Randy did a wonderful job officiating our ceremony. Just about every single guest came up to us at least once during the weekend to gush about what an amazing time they were having, and several approached us afterwards to tell us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. The entire crew really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like family. Bent Creek Lodge will always have an extra special place in our hearts, and we couldn't be more grateful.”

“From our first tour, Haiku I Do stood out as anything but a cookie cutter venue. Jennifer (Head Coordinator giving us a solid first impression of the Haiku Team, like a mother who you KNOW is going to take care of you) and Kimberly (our Day-of Coordinator who started working with us 3 months out and was a godsend) made the whole planning process smooth with their timely check-ins and thoughtful guidance. They provided a solid vendor list - every recommendation came through as Haiku advocated for us to our vendors to make sure they understood our vision and all logistics. The space itself has that whimsical, vintage charm with beautiful green areas and flexible indoor-outdoor options, but what really impressed us was how the team worked with us to make it feel personal and ours with all 140 of our guests taken care of! They delivered exactly what we envisioned for our day with that special Asheville character woven throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to work with us. We love Haiku!!!”

“Caitlyn Farms was an absolute dream wedding venue. My husband and I were completely taken by surprise at the gorgeous views when we first did our tour and automatically knew it was the one. The staff are extremely accommodating and allow you to choose all of your own vendors and have a lot of freedom with using the available space. We were able to visit multiple times leading up to the wedding for venue tours, looking over the decor options, and for my bridals. All of our guests were also commenting on how beautiful the venue is. I would highly recommend Caitlyn Farms to any bride!”

So much care has been taken to preserve the worn patina of the walls and original brick while creating a warm, modern setting, and the big windows bring in so much natural light. This venue is a blank slate and lends to any design aesthetic, and works well for all seasons. It’s really a must see!”

“From the moment we started planning, Homewood's team was responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole booking process feel smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—it worked perfectly for both our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, and the romantic, timeless atmosphere was exactly what we'd been picturing. What really set them apart was their curated list of vendors; they had some required and some recommended, but every single one we worked with was fantastic and clearly vetted by the team. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the space was, and we felt like our day was elevated just by being there. Homewood took care of all the details so we could focus on enjoying our wedding. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking for a venue that's both gorgeous and backed by a team that truly cares.”
