I found Jackie of Evergreen Botanical Studio and her 3-D preservation style matched exactly what I was looking for, so we booked our date with her as soon as we could. She was the PERFECT choice. She took my crazy wild bouquet, my grandmother’s handkerchiefs that wrapped the stems, all the extra flowers from the arrangements, and even some delphinium from her own garden (because she's such an angel and took pity on me that mine didn’t quite survive), and created a work of art that takes me directly back to my wedding day and reminds me of all the amazingness that unfolded. AND she crafted the most wonderful little memento for my Mom, that was completed in time to gift for her 50th wedding anniversary, just months after our event. Jackie was so easy to work with, providing detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the flowers from the Midwest, eased my worry by confirming as soon as she received them, and gave a timeline and explanation of how the whole preservation process works. It seems like magic that the flowers in the finished product look just as they did on the day of our wedding. I have always loved flowers and beautifying spaces but never considered doing it for work until after college when my very talented friend started mentoring me and I started helping her with weddings. I gained so much experience and confidence in working with her that I started my own business and have loved every second. Collette Blooms is named after our beautiful standard poodle who is at my feet at just about every step of the process. We feel privileged to be included in your special event!

“I cannot express how much I loved our florals for our wedding! We came to Olivia with purple whimsical vibes and she absolutely crushed it!! We told her we wanted pops of color and she brought it! I am absolutely obsessed with how my bouquet turned out and am so happy I’m having it preserved because it’s something I never want to forget! We had so many compliments on the flowers, from the aisle markers to our broken arch, everything truly was little pieces of art! She also took Elven broaches from the Lord of the Rings that my husband wanted to incorporate into our groomsman boutonnière! His groomsmen absolutely loved that she made them into pocket squares too instead of the traditional pin! We are so happy we got to work with Olivia!”
