“I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to explaining how amazing Natalie and Johanna are. From my very first phone call with Natalie, I immediately felt a connection with her. She was so bubbly, kind, and reassuring, and she made me feel confident from the beginning that she knew exactly what she was doing. She even sent us a handwritten letter after we booked her thanking us, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! Leading up to the wedding, poor Natalie would receive texts from me at all hours of the night when I was stressing about something. She never once made me feel crazy or judged. She always made me feel heard and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. During our meetings, she was so organized and to the point and helped us curate the perfect timeline for our wedding day. She also provided us with PDFs on everything from how much to tip our vendors, wedding day checklists, and timelines for when everything needed to be done. All of these little resources were SO helpful and made me feel much more prepared. Johanna attended my rehearsal, and I am so grateful that she did. I am not a confrontational person at all, and Johanna was able to stand up for me, communicate my wishes, and make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. Having her there gave me such peace of mind. Then came the wedding day, and these two ladies were truly LIFE SAVERS. I could not be more grateful that I had both Natalie and Johanna by my side. I am a very anxious person, and when things don’t go according to plan, I tend to panic. They kept me calm, kept me on track, and constantly reassured me that everything was going to be okay. The best part? If something went wrong on my wedding day, I had absolutely no idea about it. They handled EVERYTHING behind the scenes. If I ever wondered whether something needed to be done, it was already done. They were so incredibly on top of everything! And they came prepared for things I never would have even thought to bring. I felt like my curls were falling? Natalie had a curling iron and fixed my hair. I spilled an espresso martini on my dress? Natalie and Johanna got the stain out like it was nothing. They were truly like magic fairies whatever problem came up, they somehow had a solution or the exact tool needed to fix it. These two ladies are amazing inside and out. They are professional, kind, hardworking, organized, responsive, and genuinely care about their couples. I feel so blessed that they were such an important part of my wedding day. Honestly, I was sad when my wedding day ended because I knew I wouldn’t be meeting with Natalie every month anymore. I truly feel like she became a friend throughout the entire wedding planning process, and I will always be so grateful for that relationship. To think I almost didn’t hire a wedding coordinator because I didn’t think I needed one… now looking back, I genuinely don’t know how my family or I would have survived the wedding day without them. We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner). Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!”

“Working with Brittany was lovely! I was a 2025 bride who had to plan her entire wedding in three months (I know!) While my husband and I were able to handle most of the planning, we needed more professional assistance in making sure our vision would be executed. We also had a tight budget and weren't sure our vision would reasonably align with our budget...or if we could even afford to bring on a wedding coordinator. After meeting with Brittany, she took all my concerns into consideration and made me realize that one way or another, I would have my wedding! I already knew Brittany personally, and I had seen her in action online and in person. I had been rooting for her on the sidelines for some time, but this time, I wanted to support her in supporting me. I couldn't think of anyone I could trust more to guide me through the final stages of my wedding month! Professional, soft spoken, and kind, Brittany was a wonderful month of coordinator. From start to finish, Nicole considered all scenarios that might have presented themselves, was totally prepared and her attention to detail was impeccable. There is so much that goes into a wedding day that having someone to guide you is of utmost importance. Having Deanna and her team specifically was the best decision we ever made. They are absolutely STELLAR at what they do and did an amazing job for us every single step of the way to and on our wedding day. We had the Day-Of Coordination & Wedding Management package that starts 2 months before the wedding. Deanna was extremely organized, paid attention to every little detail, was extremely supportive & honest with me in the months leading up and handled all coordination with my venue vendors. This alleviated so much stress as we got closer to the wedding. On the day of the wedding she took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish, calmed my nerves, was the go-to person, and made sure everything was being taken care of allowing both me and my husband to be fully present and enjoy our day. “Hiring Victoria was the absolute best money we have ever spent. To say she was INCREDIBLE is an understatement... she went above and beyond in every possible way, and she is the number one reason that our wedding day was a success. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Victoria was very communicative and made sure that were as ready and organized as possible.. she truly thought of EVERYTHING, including things that never even crossed my mind (and I thought I was very prepared). The morning of the wedding, she checked in with my MOH to make sure that hair and makeup had started on time. When hair and makeup ran late, she was an absolute lifesaver and figured out a way for us to stay on track with our timeline for the rest of the day. Throughout the entire day, she was incredible. She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and set up all of our decor (and there was a ton of it because we DIY'd nearly everything). She had an emergency kit filled with every item that possibly could have been needed throughout the day, and when my bustle did not work, she was able to bustle my dress using only safety pins (this was a LIFESAVER)!!! Throughout the night, she made sure that we stayed on track with our timeline, and she took down and packed up ALL of our decor at the end of the night. Not only was Victoria super detail-oriented and prepared, but she was also incredibly kind and supportive. I would 10000000/10 recommend Victoria to anyone that is planning a wedding. She was basically our hero for the entire day, and I can not imagine our day going as smoothly as it did without her.”
